      I had the opportunity to meet and work with Karl Sander at CareerPro Global, Inc. From the beginning Karl was attentive to my needs and concerns developing my Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) document. He answered every single question I had in a professional manner and ensured I understood and felt good about the ECQ development process.       William provided an exceptional professional federal resume. The process was easy and straightforward, and CareerPro Global offered excellent customer service guidance and support. I appreciate the resume questionnaire because it provided all the details needed for my federal resume. I inquired about any resources for interviewing, and William provided a direct link for OPM webinars, which I attended today! I also registered for an additional webinar to participate in preparation for interviews. I plan to recommend CareerPro Global to coworkers needing resume services. I genuinely believe you must invest in yourself and trust the process; I don't think I stumbled onto the CareerPro Global website. It was divinely guided to me, and I'm grateful for this experience.       Heather did an awesome job on my federal résumé, and I am just so completely pleased with her work!
      I felt very much apart of the writing process. Heather made sure to answer my questions thoroughly, she provided very good feedback, and she provided good counsel and guidance. The writing was very solid, and she really brought out all of my qualities, and I appreciate that.

      I used Career Pro Global on 2 occasions. When I retired from the US Army and when I decided to apply for jobs in the federal government. Lee K**** wrote me resumes that showed off my skills and qualifications. I was selected for the jobs I applied for both times that I made a career change. After serving 28 years in the US Army, Lee made the process of rebranding me from a Military officer to a Multifaceted professional a super easy one. The resume he wrote highlighted my important milestones and demonstrated the values I bring to the federal government. I believe that I received more calls for interviews and selected more jobs than if I had used a self written resume. I will retire again as a federal employee because Lee wrote my resume.
