      I offered payment twice to UPS Store ***** and they did not post my payment.

      Its the responsibility of the renter to pay the rent before due date, by physically come to store and pay using any acceptable payment methods.

      I filled a claim with ups last year and it has been on going since I did all the paperwork and proof per ups and it was approved they told me to contact the store because they would need to send paperwork back in to ups. I have called over and over and the store manager keeps saying it's being investigated ups is behind the store owner will call you to which none of the above has happened today was the final straw the manager will not answer everytime I call they say he is on break then when I go in he gives me the same lie as above I called to file a complaint today and csr said they couldn't help claims said they sent the paperwork to the store but have not heard back from them I asked her when did yall send the paperwork she advised September 2022 so once again I'm still out of my money and getting no help. I would like my refund and interest to due all the hassle lies calls run around avoidance I am getting
