      Sevral months ago I had paid for insurance on my shipping, which had glass and a gaming console. When it was received several items were broken, after contacting this stores manager he informed me that I needed to send pictures of packing and the items. After several weeks no response I called again to check on the status and once again he asked me to send pictures and the costs of the items. MONTHS went by, I called AGAIN to check on the status he ignored my emails for the reinbursment of the items. In which I paid 100$ for protection, I was fed up. I ended up writing an email stating that it had been 4 months with no resolution and that I would be reporting to BBB, I immediately received a call that they were going to send a check in the mail. Never asked my address or any sort of contact information for this "Check" that I would receive in aproximatly 4 weeks. It has been 3 months since. NO RESOLUTION. I am writing to warn that this location is absolutly scamming people. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

      I visited the Northside location today. I was returning a package with a return label that was not attached. I was asked if I had tape and my response was no. The guy responded that it will be $1.00 to tape the return label on. I use to work at a UPS store and we never charged to tape anything. I also asked when did they start doing this. His response was that during Christmas, too many people were returning packages/boxes that were untaped, so the owner starting charging. Well my package was fully packaged and did not need any tape except for the return label. I honestly think it is absolutely ridiculous for this store let alone any store to use two strips of tape to attach the return label and actually charge for it. I’m not even sure if this was even done because he sat the package to the side and I didn’t even see him tape it. Just horrible customer service especially if you are looking for customers to return. I even asked how much a roll of tape was and for a small roll was almost $5.00 which is also ridiculously overpriced!!
