      The moving company was supposed to move my stuff on ********* at 1pm I kept calling getting updates because they said the job they was on went over. So after waiting all day she told me well we will move you on tomorrow between 8 and 9 am I will be the first stop. I called all day till about 12 noon with no response from them. I even left a message asking them to let me know what I need to do and that I had to be out by that day. I did not hear from them at all none that weekend. So that morning I let them know I was going to report them and everything and I wanted my money back so if need be I’ll go to court. They lied and said well we issued you a refund but since you want to be like that we will take it back and talk to our lawyer for now on.

      I called Always Macon Moves about pricing for moving my household goods from storage on ********** I spoke to Kalie I was quoted 155.00 per hr for 2 men and a truck the deposit was 160.50 I paid by cash app I was told by Kalie that she would send me my contract by email, I never received invoice I called her back the same day inquiring why I didn't receive an invoice I was told from Kalie as soon as she was back at the office she would email me the invoice, I never received the next day ********** I text the company letting them know that I wanted to cancel move due to found it for less, I was contacted back by Tim R****** stating that I could not get a refund due to it's nonrefundable I advised Tim nothing in writing stating deposit was none refundable I wasn't sent anything in writing only a text instructing me to how to make a deposit.
