This company is an awesome company and I’ll be honest, the happy customers don’t ever leave reviews and it’s hard to make everyone happy. But these guys know their stuff ! I’m very happy.

Most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Would have shown up 5 hours late if I had not canceled them. Over promised and didn't produce. Kept my $150 deposit. Impossible to reach by phone and text messages. Check out other reviews on this incompetent company. I wished I had before hiring. Call **** **** instead. They were on time and nailed the move time and cost.

We actually got a phone call on a */**/2022 requesting our services. I the owner Tim Redford, actually received the phone call. This customer was asking us to fit them in our schedule for that day because their original movers didn't show up to complete the job. I then notified *** & **. *******, that we were fully booked for the day, but I would be more than happy to fit them into our schedule later that day after our already scheduled jobs had been completed. **. ******* was completely fine with that and went on to explain how we were life savers and that they didn't know what they were gonna do being that it was such short notice. I explained to the customer that i would have to work them in our schedule so i would need them to be patient with us as we had two jobs to do before we could arrive to their pickup location. The customers were thankful to us even agreeing to take on the job on such short notice. So later on during the day after keeping in contact with them throughout the day, my crew was ready to head to their pick up location. So i reached back out to them again and was then told that they didn't need us to show up as they claimed to had already had someone else show up to do the job. When they made the deposit online theirselves they were clearly told that the deposit was non refundable and explained all the details that were involved. I'm assuming they kept calling other companies until they found one that would come at that very moment and then decided that they would cancel with us. But doing so forfeits their deposit based off the agreement signed by them (the customer) which will be attached to this comment as well. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to someone here at A.M.M. Thanks. Tim Redford

It is true we were left hanging and called the day of and that we were thankful but the rest is not true at all. I'm not even going to review the company that canceled on us because at least they were straight with us. We talked to Derek all but one time. Derek told us that AMM would never cancel on anyone. They have 8 trucks and if they couldn't make it they would hire another company for us. We were told that they had a partial move that morning that wouldn't take long and could meet us at around 1:00 to 2:00 that afternoon. At 2:30 when I hadn't heard from them I called 4 to 5 times and got voicemail each time. I had to start sending text messages begging someone to call me. That is when I assume it was the owner that called saying they were running behind. Derek then called me and assured me that they would be there by 5:00. At this point I lost trust in this company and canceled. I was texted at 6:00 that they were on their way but I had already canceled. I didn't want the move to be completed after midnight. AMM over promised and didn't produce. They stole $150 from us. There are several reviews with the same story about AMM that I'm telling here. If you have a need for honest movers, I highly recommend **** ****.
