    Have been told for over a month my car would be finished “this week” and still there’s been zero progress made. I know this because I’ve seen it still in the back storage lot and it hasn’t moved from that position in 2 months. Grass is literally growing around my car.

    **. ******, your dates and details are incorrect. Your vehicle has been moved into our secured service area each evening and out each morning since arrival. It very likely was parked, during working hours, in the same spot on some days (in clear view of our office). You could have confirmed this had you stopped by any time after hours or most other days when it was immediately in front of our office. You authorized work to be performed on 2/14/25, with a deposit in the form of a personal check, for special order parts. Your check was deposited the same day. Your check was then "Returned insufficient funds". So your parts order was halted until the deposit payment was confirmed, which did not happen until 2/21/25, causing a weeks delay and returned check charges. The vendor order could not be processed until 2/24/25. Delivery of all required parts was by Friday 2/28/25. All vehicles are placed in "Rotation", once all parts were received, on Monday 3/3/25. Work priority is on a first come first ready basis. This is influenced by proper payment / authorization and receipt of all required parts. Approximation of job completion is influenced by these many factors. Your 2 month reference is obviously false. Delays, on your part, have created most of your issue. The vehicles work is now in process. You will be contacted once complete. Please get your facts straight. All vehicles must be paid in full and picked up within 3 days of completion.
