  Be very careful with this company. I bought a device. Then a week later they attempted to charge the card I used for the purchase ****** ******* detected fraud and declined the charge.,Then they attempted to charge a second time . ******* declined again. I disabled that card . When I contacted the customer support, they tried to connect me with an agent by making me pay five dollars and try to get my banking information to pay the five dollars what a scam !!! I would give them zero stars if I could!!!

  Company is a scam. I bought the scanner and installed the app. Used it a couple time if that. After checking my bank statement I saw a $100 charge every year since 2023. I contacted them directly to see what was going on. They were zero help and the customer service barely spoke English. Essentially they said when you buy the scanner it will give you 2 weeks for free, and after that they charge $100 a year. Which if ridiculous because the scanner was already purchased. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. No wonder they have an F rating on BBB. I had to contact my bank to get the charges removed since customer service is no help.

  There is no number available to get in touch with them that I can find. They have charged me ***** for a premium subscription that I have no idea of. I did not authorize this this. I have tried multiple times to get it touch with them and speak to an actual person to avail. I gave them one star only because I had to

  i ordered the product on 4/16 as a gift for a friend. i never gave the product to my ********* i was going over my credit card bill, i noticed that i was charged $21.39 for the product and $99.99 on on 5/1 for a yearly subscription that i did not authorize. I called fixd on 6/16 questioning the charges and requesting cancellation of subscription and returning the product which was still in in the original package. I was promised a return label would be issued via email the next day. I never received the label. Today, i called back fixd automotive, the operator informed me that it was too late to return the product and i could only be issued $50 back toward my subscription. I feel that this is a rip off since , i did not authorize the yearly subscription.

  My order clearly had my home address on it. Was supposed to be sent by **** but was delivered by ***, but not to my address, just says "PARCEL LOCKER *************". Clearly their fault! Shouldn't have to pay for that! Either give me another one or a refund. Accepting money for something I didn't receive is theft plain and simple.

  I wish I had checked the ************************ reviews first.I purchased an ODBII device (On-Board Diagnostics II for vehicles) for $21.64, and a few weeks later was charged another unexpected $106.59. It turns out, that they automatically enroll purchasers in a Premium subscription, and without the subscription, the device has limited functionality. I was able to get a refund for the Premium subscription, and an RMA to return the **** ODBII device, and received proof that the device was received by FIXD AUTOMOTIVE. Over one month later, I have not received a refund of $21.64 for the returned **** ODBII device, and no response as to when that might happen.

  The unit that is advertised and regarding how they have advertised it lead you to believe that you are paying $22.04 for the unit. All the while not letting the consumer know you will be paying hundreds of dollars to activate and use the unit a "Premium package." This is again one of the many scams to sell you a product, If this is not transparency then I do not know what is. "DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!" I would leave no star rating but not able too.

  Scam software to $107.99 detect problems with automobiles. Pin to hook under desk didnt work from day one. I called customer service and requested that my free two week trial be canceled, I would return useless plug.Guaranteed not charge. After about 8 months I caught them charging my debit card. Called. Promised no more charges. Just got an email asking did I want to use the auto re-up for another year which was news to me. Checked bank statements and they have been charging away again for double the advertised amount. Isnt this wire fraud? If so, secret service needs to become involved. Having debit card canceled. Such thieves are national known scammers, why is nothing done.

  I did the trial period on the service and canceled it but were told this app doesnt qualify for a refund, who does that, charged me $108.24 for a year service l dont want now l got to fight with my credit card to see if l can get a refund back, how are they to have a respectful company if this how they treat consumers, l didnt have the opportunity to choose a payment plan if l had wanted to
