    This business will trap you in an automatic payment. When the email says "Click Here" to cancel, it actually automatically locks you in and charges the Premium cost. This site commits fraud.

    FIXD is deceiving their customers by hiding information that would otherwise protect consumers of their intention to commit fraud while pretending to be providing a tool they need. 1) They don't tell their customers that they have additional costs (substantial) in order to make their device work after they have paid the asking price.2) Their Customer Support Staff charge for a consultation, requiring credit card information to access any form of support or just conversation.3) There is no form of accessing the information necessary to cancel the contract that makes the device work other than providing a credit card's information (on the promise it won't be charged more than a "consultation fee"... for just talking to someone). After 5 days of free use, FIXD will start withdrawing substantial amounts of money every month from their customer's credit cards... mostly without their customers having been notified nor with their permission to do so.

    I ordered the **** device and it was not till I submitted my credit card information that it was revealed that there was a sixty-four *** yearly subscription in order to use .I attempted to cancel the order and there was no place to do so. I then emailed the company and they responded that it had already been shipped, all within the time it took to send them an email, and that they could not cancel the order.Not once in the advertising was it ever mentioned that there was a subscription service attached to it.

    Is charging me for subscription that I never signed up for it and never called after the call back trial period ended. Also got no email about them pulling the money and no notification from the app its self. Cannot find a was to see how it pull the money or how to disconnect my card for the c*** app. You guys are crappy people and need to refund the money that you stole. Hopefully/better be resolved and get my money back

    This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF! One year after after purchasing this sensor device, my credit card was charged $69.99 for an annual subscription which I never ordered nor purchased. I contacted the company within "minutes" of my credit card being charged for this fraudulent charge. They refused to refund this charge, but said they would cancel any future annual charges. Oh, gee, thanks a lot. I checked my account on their website and it is impossible to remove my **** card information. Once they've got you...they own you. It is pathetic that a company is allowed to operate under these pretenses. At this point, I will contact **** and dispute the charge. $69.99 is a lot of money to be charged for something I don't want nor ordered. This sort of thing should be be allowed to happen to a consumer nor should this company be allowed to operate by stealing money in this manner.

    I was extremely happy with the device and the customer service - as well as the monthly cost - until the device stopped working I tried contacting the number I had used for previous months. I left numerous messages as there was no answer repeatedly. Thinking that the company had suffered from Covid and had closed, I deleted the app. Because Apple does not indicate what each monthly charge is for, I only now - a year and a half later - discovered I have continued to be charged $8.99 per month. While the error of not realizing this is basically on me, I find it stunning that with no way to contact a company other than to leave voicemails with no response - leaving no way to cancel the service that you continue taking my money for a year and a half! Hopefully this will be one of the many complaints posted here that can be resolved. T ******

    Had the unit and the service since 2020, got talked into getting the **************** Only thing I've used it for other than a couple of scans was to reset the check engine light. Forgot about the auto-renew in 2021 but didn't realize it until a month or two later so I didn't dispute the charge but like an idiot, I didn't cancel it right away thinking I'll just use the rest of that years service.Now in 2022, I see the charge go through again so I called them literally one day after the charge was made. My first call was with a gentleman that said he was going to try and put the refund through for me but to wait a week for it to go through. Nothing. I call back and speak with a young woman who tells me now that they CAN NOT issue a refund. I asked if there was anyone else I can speak with since I barely used the service before and I tried cancelling and getting a refund the day after it was charged. She said she can escalate the issue and send it to her supervisors and that someone would get back to me in ***** business hours. That was Monday, 11/7. Surprise surprise, no one reached back out to me. I call today and I'm told by the gentleman that answered the call that they do not do any refunds once the charge is made. I even asked if there was a way I could be charged for just a month instead of the whole year since I was a day late from cancelling it and he said no and told me it's in their terms and conditions. I explained that any merchant that can charge you absolutely has the power to issue a refund but they're just hiding behind their terms and conditions so in my eyes, it's there for them to keep your money even if you don't want or are not happy with their service. I also asked to speak with a manager or supervisor since I was supposed to be contacted by one a week ago and he informed me he was the supervisor (of course).Never using this product or service again and ensuring everyone I know doesn't use it as well. Enjoy my $70 for doing nothing.

    They have been stealing from me monthly even after I canceled immediately not worth ****. junk c*** obdII way better than their c*** I want all of my money back!!!!!!!
