I would like to point out that National Credit Systems, Inc. is only a third-party debt collection agency that is collecting a debt on behalf of The **********. This debt did not originate with our organization, nor do we have permission from The Guarantors Apartments to release Mr/Ms **** from liability for this debt.
Mr/Ms **** has disputed her debt and NCS, as required by law, has submitted her dispute to the ****. We are currently investigating this claim, once we receive a response we will forward the outcome to of Mr/Ms **** via email.
