  **** in Marietta Georgia told me that I would receive a receipt that my debt was paid and I never got one. I have called time and time again and my call has been ignored. I called multiple times and asked to be transferred to another agent or even a manager so I can just get a receipt proving my debt was paid and she hung up on me. Very rude company

  Falsely reported that I owe ************************ $375.00. I never resided at **************************************** and never did business with ************************ to owe them any ******** was sent to National Credit Systems, Inc. and reported it to all the credit reporting agencies. Now I have to take the time and energy to fix the mess ************************ credited and the fraudulent collection agency, National Credit Systems, Inc.All collection agencies need to be banned in *******. All corporations who get a tax write off through defaulted debt need oversight.

  If i could rate 0 stars I would. Read through all the reviews and shows how shady and scummy they can be. Don't trust any of their responses. I've read at least 10 cases of false collections for a bill that was paid through the apartment 3 days after moving. Called and asked the apartments why ive been sent to collections and they didn't have a clue. (read through other reviews and you'll see the same issues im going through with plenty others) even have proof from the apartment themselves showing zero balance due. a bank statement they dont care. They are just after your money. Will talk over you rudely when your trying to clear up a mistake made on the apartments side. I shouldn't have to spend time out of my day trying to talk to them about a bill that's was payed off in a timely manner. (3 days after moving out. I Have filed a dispute just like all the others to show proof that the money was taken out of my bank account for that collection balance they are asking for down to the last cent. Even had the apartment complex themselves email them and call them to rectify their mistakes. If nothing is resolved i will be forced to take legal actions. No wonder this company has an F rating on BBB. Very unprofessional.

  I had no idea about a collection from this nasty company and ***** ******** until I reviewed my credit reports. When I contacted NCS on 2/21/25 and spoke to ***** ******** he was more concerned with my reasons for moving from a previous apartment and my lease (which is none of his business) than the invalid debt they are saying I owe. I hung up on him and he sent me the proof of debt they had and I responded with my proof of paid rent (actually overpaid) and they are continuing to keep this collection on my credit reports. I have filed a complaint with the *** and my next step will be contacting an attorney as they have no right to have this collection on my credit reports hindering me from purchasing a home and this was never a collection to begin with. And just for giggles when he said they had returned mail form letters being sent to me it was addressed to an address in ******** (which I haven't lived and have forwarding addresses with the **** at all times) like where does this company get their information from.

  They continue to report on my credit and the matter has been resolved. I need them to cease and desist and clear their claim on my report because the charge does not belong to me. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b) and 15 U.S.C. 1681g. Furthermore I've never been on their property, received a key or a printed contract. I then call them a the next day to inform them that my fiancee did not want to move just yet so I told I didn't want to go through with it. The only way I found out I had some charge that clearly doesn't belong me is when I got ready to move seven months later.

  Extremely dirty business. They knocked my credit 100 points with fraudulent charges and refused to discuss it with me. I presented them with clear and definitive evidence the charges were wrong and they kept lying to credit websites. Just an awful company to deal with all around, unless I guess you're dirty landlord who wants to extract money from your former tenants.

  With no prior contact sent me a bill that was mistaken. That very day my credit plunged -23 it's I have proof this bill is a mistake. 4 months I was unaware. I rent from the company that made the mistake. MACO MANGEMENT PROPERTIES. My prior apt. was also owned by them. They have since sold it. I couldn't have moved in this apt. without an inspection & owing nothing. They wouldn't even do the paperwork until they got the sign off paper. I was not contacted until 4 months later after they sold the other ****. I was informed by National Credit Systems by mail & that very day my credit plunged -23 points . Who is gonna fix my credit. I have proof they are wrong. By law I should have been contacted a few times. I rent from them. They know where I am. Who is gonna fix the mistake made on my credit??

  Extremely rude I had to call 3 separate times. First ******** I got was amazing she transferred me to the collections department as I was trying to resolve a debt from 6 years ago. Agent was extremely rude, agent had a down time didnt care to help me, only time his tone was welcoming was once I asked for a supervisor. Well once I got the supervisor i understood why the agent was excited the supervisor was just as rude and not even interested in the feedback I was providing for his agent. As a leader your agents are a reflection of you. Supervisor hung up and was not interested. I called back got an ******** who refused to help me when I asked for a number to call to make a complaint she stated she could not help me without me providing my social and hung up. Called back a 3rd time got a great ******** who transferred me to the supervisors manager. Manager stated he would send in a request to settle for 75% and would put in a ticket to have my debt cleared due to the the experience I have received. After I stated you hold states your company is happy to help and all I have received is the worst experience and now i understand why people dont like to answer these calls. Today I received a call Im sure was from the first collector I spoke to same tone same attitude. Worst experience as a person who is trying to clear a debt when I know its going to fall off soon.

  Being garnished after I reached out to pay off debts. I called back in June and asked for a letter with my debts I owed to them. Never received a lawyer, called again today when I got garnishment papers!! Then its my fault for not reaching out about a letter YOU SAID YOUD SEND. ******* is so rude, gives attitude when youre trying to ask questions. Then gave me attitude because I called Friday at 3:45, well yeah, thats when I found out Im being sued even though I was already trying to pay off my dang debt!

  i have a collection from this company i filed complaints with the **** the credit bureaus everybody. this collection isnt even legal! i gave notice to my old apartment building called one brown aprtments due to SIGNIFICANT mold exposure and inhabitable circumstances i was told i could break my lease with no termination fee or further charges and have documentation of communication with the property manager *****. little did i know i move out after giving several months notice but they bill me for $8,000!!! i should be sueing them and national credit systems with all my documents from doctors and emails from the building acknoldging the mold and i have VIDEO PROOF! i have filed so many complaints to get this off my credit its insane and nobody will answer me! my name is *************************** and my cell phone is . i will be taking legal action in the coming days if this is not handled. i have a lawsuit on my hands due to mold exposure with doctors and video proof
