      I am not liable for this debt with ************* TO VINTAGE AT OA and do not have a contract with NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEM. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

      I would like to point out that National Credit Systems, Inc. is only a third-party debt collection agency that is collecting a debt on behalf of ************* to ******************* Apartments FKA Heritage Park Apartments. This debt did not originate with our organization, nor do we have permission from Heritage Park to ******************* Apartments FKA Heritage Park to release ******************** from liability for this debt.

      ******************** has disputed his debt and NCS, as required by law, has submitted his dispute to the CRAs. We have conducted an investigation of ******************** dispute and our client confirmed that the charges accessed to him were accurate. 

      In addition, I am enclosing the documentation NCS received from Heritage Park to *******************  Apartments FKA Heritage Park supporting the charges that they accessed to ********************. Additionally this client has confirmed that this party did live at the property, she is the same manager that was there when he lived there.

      I viewed a printout of my credit record and found some errors. I believe that these items are damaging my credit file and costing me too much time and money every year. These disputed accounts were claimed to have been accurate or verified.       When applying for something in my name last June, I got denied. When I was provided a copy of my credit report, I saw things on there that were inaccurate. Inquiries and addresses that are not mine were on my report as well as accounts that I never opened and iteration to my name such as *************************. I have contacted the creditors to make them aware of the breach.       9/23/2022 I made a payment off $482.00 soon as the representative got my card information he hung up in my face. When I called back to ask why I was hung up on and to ask about my receipt he stated that he thought we were finished and that they dont give receipts and that is the policy, which before I was transferred back to the person who helped me another representative stated that it takes 24 hours I would like a refund and to somehow resolve this debt another way because Im skeptical about this company it doesnt seem real and very unprofessional to just take a payment and hang up. I also called two years ago to get information about my debt and they were also rude at the time, they just want the payment and thats it, I dont feel like it will actually be removed from my credit report.

      Nation Credit Systems is attempting to collect on a debt that has already been paid in full. The account as it is reporting to the credit bureau is ***********. I have attached the receipt that indicates no were owed to the original creditor. I am requesting that NCS remove this account from my credit reports.

      Very unprofessional agency. I was assigned to a representative last name ****. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She began screaming on the phone, yelling at me. I called to actually set up a payment plan and give them money that day. She proceeded to tell me I was unable to request a payment plan on the account which I know wasnt true. And when I let her know that I was unable to pay a large lump sum she began to raise her voice and yell.

      There is an incorrect inqury/account on my account from ******************* SYS, Date: October 18, 2018, Account#: Amount: $100. I have had no agreement with them and have had no communications with them. NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS have placed an account on my credit report fradulently. i have went to the government authorities and filed a ftc report about my identity bening stolen and placed a fraud report on my credit file. I have no obligation with NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS and have had no communications with them, which is considered "Fraud-In-the-Factum" Blacks Law Dictionary.Desired Outcome NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS should promptly remove ALL accounts from ALL of the credit reports promptly as proper government authorities have already been notified of this fradulent activity on my account, which NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS saw from my current/previous dispute with the furnishers credit bureaus Transunion, Experian, Equifax. Also due to Inflation, Monkey Pocks, and COVID-19 NATIONWIDE RECOVERY SYS are now I believe only using this opportunity to aquire monies allegedly fradulently. If they cannot provide proof of a signed ledger with my signature and their name on it and that we have an agreement of this debt owed to them from the legal custodian of record the MUST remove it or I will go back to gov. ********* that they are not complying AND turn this over to FCRA/FDCPA Legal Counsel ************ A fraud alert has already been placed on my all my credit files. This violates my rights and also as an African American woman and the current state of the ecomony I believe they are trying to capitialize on the current state of the country and this is unethical.

      I am filing this complaint regarding the collection letter reference number *******. I made several attempts to contact National Credit Systems, *** by email and by phone since August 2022, but they did not respond to any of my emails so far. They also did not respond to my previous **** complaint against them on 08/05/2022 complaint number 220805-9178337 which is attached to this complaint. In my previous complaint, I explained that I do not owe any debt to the client listed on the collection letter ***************** because all original debt that was owed to my landlord "Greystar" "******* at *********************************************" has been paid in full by the ************* Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). In fact, ****************** paid my landlord any amount that has already been paid by the ************* Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), then the matter is between *************** and my landlord Greystar "*******" (not me). Indeed, I shall not be held responsible for any money that Greystar ******* "my landlord" unlawfully obtained from ***************. *************** must go after Greystar ******* instead because it seems that they defrauded them to get paid twice (from me through ERAP and from ***************). PS: documents to prove this are included with this complaint as well as all the **** disputes I filed. Therefore, National Credit Systems' collection claim against me is not valid because the debt has been paid in full.As a result, I would like to request that National Credit Systems, *** immediately stop sending me any threatening and harassing collection letters, or I will be forced to pursue legal action against you and ***************, *** for your fraudulent debt collection attempt.       Dear National Credit Systems, Inc,

      Please note that I am also disputing this collection for the following reason (besides the previous reason). In *************** Agency's contract with me "the Tenant Agreement" on page 6, 3rd paragraph line 16 to 20, the following is mentioned: 

      "Surety will waive its right to collect reimbursement amounts specific to rent payments and related fees, and
      will refrain from reporting this information to the three major credit bureaus if the Tenant (Principal)is able to
      provide documentation demonstrating that failure to meet those lease obligations resulted from:
      a. Loss of Tenant (Principal) employment for reasons that were beyond your reasonable control, and where
      your annual income has fallen by at least 35%, as a result; "

      Indeed,  I have lost my employment due to the Covid pandemic which is why I applied for the ************* Emergency Rental Assistance Program in the first place and I have also been receiving the unemployment benefit . 

      As a result, *************** Agency (Surety) has no right to this collection attempted by you (National Credit Systems, ***** *************** Agency (The Surety) they already waived its right as per the tenant agreement between me, my landlord, and ***************. 

      Please go back and read carefully the highlighted (in yellow) section of page 6 where *************** admits waiving its right to collect reimbursement amounts specific to rent payments if the tenant lost his/her employment for reasons that were beyond reasonable control.

      Please find my unemployment compensation form 1099G included with this response to support my loss of employment claim.

      Hello,

      I have already emailed you at ******************************* several times, but you never answered me. I even called you and your agent was not helpful at all; she was, in fact, very rude to me over the phone as she started raising her voice while i was trying to explain to her the situation and she did not even let me finish my sentence or provide her with all information. 

      Moreover, the collection account ID is ******* and your collected letter is attached to this response.

      In addition, please find attached to this response my dispute with *************** regarding my contract with them. Indeed, they have responded to my dispute acknowledging the clause in the contract in which they waive their right to the collection you are attempting on their behalf and requesting that I provide documents to prove my employment loss. I did reply back to them with all necessary documents that support my claim of employment loss for reasons that were beyond my reasonable control which prevented me from meeting my rent obligations; hence, resulting in their contract with me being "unenforceable" by law.

      As a result, any collection attempts by you "National Credit Systems" on behalf of *************** Agency will result in a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which prohibits the collection of disputed debts and other unfair debt collection practices.
