National credit systems has been on my credit report since the beginning of 2019. They have been harassing me by sending that collection letters claiming that they are lawyers and that they are trying to receive a large substantial amount of money from me exceeding more than $3,000. They've sent me a report in the mail under a false ID with my information on it stating that I signed a lease agreement with an apartment complex which was illegally done and not done by me. They have refused to remove this negative item from my credit report and they have not been helpful in any form of the way. They are still trying to coerce money from me and have spoken to an attorney this morning about suing national credit systems for their illegal actions against me. Because of their illegal scam that they are pulling with my information that is not even my identification / driver's license then this needs to be resolved immediately.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: clearly on the documents it spells ********************* and **** ****. None of people that I know are related to me or affiliated with. This is a complete scam and if it is not removed immediately I will pursue lawsuit against national credit systems for filing false claims against me.
I am expecting this to be removed from my report immediately before I have to take legal actions. In the meantime this company is destroying many lies for false accusations and I am exposing them tonight on ******* by live feed as well as on Facebook.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again this does not show the files that were submitted earlier in this dispute. There is absolutely no proof of my signature on any of the submitted documents. There was another name on the documents that I never heard of. National credit systems purchased a fraudulent debt that the Apartment Complex claims they have no knowledge of me even when I went to the apartment complex in person and requested to see any files pertaining me or my name which they did not have any evidence. It has come to my conclusion that we will have no choice but to sue ********************** for the fraudulent actions they have taken against me and my reputation. There will be legal and criminal charges filed against National credit systems as well. If National credit system does not comply by removing this fraudulent account from my credit report then I shall proceed to move forward with suit.

This debt did not originate with our organization, nor do we have permission from Eagles Landing Apartments to release ************************ from liability for this debt.

On May 6, 2022, National Credit Systems received my certified letter requesting validation of an account they are attempting to collect on account ***********. I disputed this debt after discovering them on my credit report. I do not have any obligation to the debt collector. I never received any written notification of the debt. I had no prior knowledge of them. Nor have I purchased anything from them. As of today, they have not replied to my request for verification of the aforementioned account.Under Texas Consumer Law, where a consumer has disputed the accuracy of an account in writing to a third-party debt-collector, the debt-collector is mandated to send a letter in writing to the consumer within 30 days either: (1) Denying the inaccuracy of the account; (2) Admitting the inaccuracy; or (3)Stating that the third-party collector has not had adequate time to investigate the inaccuracy. (See ***** Finance Code 392.202(a)- (e)). There is no evidence the debt collector complied within the specified time frame. May the debt collector be reminded that any information and documentation presented at this point is too little too late. They have already violated my consumer rights. I am making every effort to resolve this matter without presenting a case before a courtroom jury in my community. I am respectfully requesting the collector remove the invalidated account from my credit report.Business Response

I have emailed National Credit Systems several times at ******************************* providing them proof a copy of the dismissal/ closed case from the courts in enough time prior to the 30 days of them reporting to the credit bureaus but yet they still reported my account to the credit bureaus. *** also contacted the courts where the case was dismissed/closed and was advised that it is illegal for the debt collector National Credit System to report to the credit bureaus if the case was close. If the case was dismissed and closed in the courts. Why are National Credit Systems illegally reporting to all 3 credit bureaus? Even by me showing them proof and a copy of the dismissal letter they still took it upon themselves to report to the credit bureaus and are updating the credit bureaus every week/ every 2 weeks and every month inaccurate information.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to National Credit Systems with my Dismissal Letter from the courts on several occasions and prior to the 30 days of them reporting to the credit bureaus. This should have never been reported to all 3 credit bureaus if I have sent them a copy of the dismissal letter from the courts within the time frame. Yet they continuously update all 3 bureaus every 2 weeks/ every month with in accurate information.

Ive also emailed and called several times in the past with no response or feedback. Prior to you reporting this case to all three credit bureaus Ive reached out and I have also sent numerous of emails with the dates as proof within the 30 days of you guys reporting to the credit bureaus which is completely wrong. According to your recent response it states that you guys are ceasing all collections activity at this time, Does that mean you guys are closing out the case and removing it from all three credit bureaus please provide clarification.
