recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an inaccurate and invalid account reported by Willows Apartment and National Credit Systems. This account is not valid, and its presence on my report is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).Under the ****, all reported accounts must be accurate, verifiable, and legally collectible. This account does not meet these standards, and I am requesting its immediate removal. I have not received proper validation of this debt, and without sufficient proof, it should not be reported.I am formally disputing this entry and requesting that it be deleted from my credit report. this company was continuing to collect and charge rent in my name from a goverment agency when I no longer lived there. The company Willows apartments no longer exist because of this scam. I would like to point out that National Credit Systems, Inc. is only a third-party debt collection agency that is collecting a debt on behalf of The *************************. This debt did not originate with our organization, nor do we have permission from The ******* Apartments to release Mr/Ms ***** from liability for this debt.
Mr/Ms ***** has disputed her debt and NCS, as required by law, has submitted her dispute to the ****. We are currently investigating this claim, once we receive a response we will forward the outcome to of Mr/Ms ***** via email.

This account does not belong to me! This account is reporting on my credit report. I submitted a written dispute to National Credit Systems (NCS) regarding a tradeline that implies I was evicted. NCS has failed to provide an actual court-issued eviction judgment, yet continues to allow this item to appear on my credit report in a way that falsely suggests a legal eviction.A lease and payment history do not constitute legal proof of eviction. As such, this tradeline is misleading and damaging to my credit profile.I respectfully request the item be corrected or deleted, and confirmation that any future reporting is accurate and not misleading.I attempted to resolve this directly with NCS and received no valid legal documentation of an eviction.
