      Used Casteel for a plumbing issue - leaky shower faucet. We were told on the phone that there is an $89 charge to come out and see what the problem is and that they will give us a quote on what it is and how much and we can decide if we want to have them fix it. The guy came out and said it is probably needs a new cartridge but before that he needed to check and make sure the pressure on the house was not too high. He checked the pressure and it was fine he said it was the cartridge and he would write up a quote. When he came back in he said that he applied the $89 and a $50 coupon so he took off a little over $100 and that it would be $600 after that. I almost fell in the floor. I asked how much the cartridge was and how much they charge per hour for labor. He said he didnt know how much the part cost and that they dont charge by the hour but by the job. I asked how long it takes to do he said 20 minute tops. Again, shocked. We asked him for a minute to talk about it and I looked to see how much it usually costs. The part is ***** and labor is ****** an hour. So max ***** should be 230. We told him thanks but no thanks we would pay the $89 fee to come out. He then said its actually $128 because he checked the pressure and that was a diagnostic fee. Mind u he never told us there was a charge to check that. We paid him and will never use them again. Crazy!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Horrible company!! I would recommend not using this company for HVAC services. If I could give them 0 ratings , I would. How is it that my heating unit was working perfectly fine during the tune up inspection but after the technician left all of a sudden the motor was blown???? I was told it would cost $2,200 to purchase a new motor. Please explain this......It doesn't make any sense!! I received a call from their customer service team and the guy was very unprofessional and rude!! I explained to him that I was the one left without heat on a cold and rainy day averaging temps in the 40 degree range. The technician attempted to try and persuade me to purchase a unit from them. I inquired as to what options I have and was told that I could contact their sales consultant and someone could come out as soon as tomorrow to try and discuss pricing options. Bottom line....Do not use this company for an HVAC inspection....You will end up spending more money in the end!!!!

      Will NEVER use this company again!! Run fast! If I could leave a 0 as a review I would. Very unprofessional team snd supervisor would not even return my call when I said I had a problem with a technician in the home. Told them we wanted to cancel the whole agreement the same day they put it in and the sales rep replied to me thats not how that works. Scammers all the way around. Told me they were putting in a specific type of unit and they downgraded it without explaining. I asked questions to the technician and he spoke to me like I was ignorant. I will NEVER refer them to anyone. Please find another company to use. Im trying to save you now. And they overcharge tremendously compared to others!

      I've been waiting over a month for them to contact me about the ac they installed 4/30. The unit continues to fail and not cool. They have came out to fix the unit 3 times and have failed to do so. I have attempted multiple ( at least 6) times to get an upper management to contact me. At this point I may have to contact a lawyer
