      I had Coolray install a top of the line gas furnace and AC system about 12 years ago in a single-family residence. It's a single-unit 2-zone system sized to expand for a 3rd zone down the road. Well, 12 years later when I contacted them about expanding to that 3rd zone, they tell me that they have no one who even knows how to do that using the pneumatic dampers that they originally installed.They basically had no interest in helping me solve the problem and pretty quickly stopped responding to my calls and emails.I've had to do a lot or research on my own and contacting other HVAC companies. What I learned was that the original system was not designed to supply multiple zones to begin with.Coolray's service to me seemed highly irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not engage this outfit for any future work for myself or anyone else.

      We installed a system in 2012, we installed a zone system at the same time, zone systems are designed to last 5 to 7 years, we quoted to replace the zoning with a new zoning, customer declined. The customer has never completed a maintenance with Coolray since 2012 on the equipment or zoning to help maintain the life of the equipment.

      5-7 years?!? Really? What a joke.Youre missing the point. My existing system was working fine. Theres no issue of maintenance or the lack of.The issue is that you told me that you have no knowledge or expertise to add another zone onto the existing system that you sold me for that purpose just 12 years earlier.I declined your proposal because it did not meet my needs. My multiple attempts to contact you to explore more suitable solutions were met with silence.

      I went to ********** and asked about furnace issue that I thought I was having. The lady there was very helpful and put me through this company. The next day the lady from ********** had to patch me through them because they "called several times until they found out they had the wrong number". The guy from Coolray told me someone would come but did not happen. Later someone called me and told me that they would come but will charge $80 for inspection, I agreed but still no one came. After 1 month from my original visit to ********** someone called me about my request and I stated what happened and I was told that according to ********** they can't charge for an inspection, and she said that she would contact them. I got an email today with the following: "We are trying to reach you about your recent service request made through The **********. You can reach us at XXX-XXX-XXXX. We look forward to speaking with you! "So a request for over a month ago is called "recent service request" and I am still supposed to reach out to them?.One can only wonder what would happen if I've decided to use their services.

      Beware Of Cool ********* recently had a situation where my heat pump was not working on a Wednesday. I called Cool Ray. They sent someone out to investigate my problem. It was diagnosed as a failed blower. As the guy was figuring out how much it would cost me to replace the blower he mentioned, he doesnt know if the motor was bad or not and would not know until he replaced the blower.He left and we were waiting on the new blower. I had called to check the status of the new blower but it was not in yet. On Friday I was told their supplier received their shipment about 2:00pm.Monday morning, they called about 8:00am and said they were coming to replace my blower. This meant they had the necessary material to fix my blower on Friday afternoon. Even though they offer ***************** they refused to come Friday and do the repairs. The weekend forecast was for nighttime temperatures to be in the mid to low **************************************************************************************************** summary:The initial inspection failed to find the motor shaft was loose. When inspecting the blower, the guy was inches from the motor shaft and had he checked he would have found out I needed a new motor and a blower. The blower is attached to the motor shaft and he should have checked it then, not wait to see if the motor was bad after installing a new blower

      *** and *****. We have been impressed by each employee we have met and dealt with! Their telephone customer service was wonderful. ***** our service tech was informative and so pleasant to work with. He recommended we check into replacement instead of repair. The customer comfort gentleman was great and gave us many options! The next day the fanastic four were out and installed a quiet unit that was more efficient!! If you should ever need help on your Hvac...call Coolray..you won't be disappointed:)

      This company came to my house and said I need a blower motor! Gave me a invoice had $3600 for blower motor! I told my brother and ordered a blower motor online for $180! My brother put in and Im back up and running! They are crooks! Paid them $300

      ****** came by & did a maintenance check on my AC unit, he was professional, very well mannered & efficient. He changed my filters, cleaned the air ducts, etc. He was thorough in his work process. 5 stars for sure!

      My two systems were working perfectly fine but it was time for maintenance. The service tech came out, he told us everything fine. Then after he left, my system was not working and it was 82 degrees upstairs. This was not the first time we had trouble with this company. We purchased the unit through *********** This company came out yo install it. It took three different trips out to my house before the unit worked correctly. After the third visit, we found it was wired incorrectly. I should have know better that to have them come out for maintenance. Never again. Stay away from this company and save yourself a lot of grief!

      Just paid $700.00 for a repair that took the tech. no more than 40 minutes to do. The 2 parts that were replaced should have cost no more than $200.00 combined (and that's a very liberal estimate) which means labor was approx. $500.00 for less than an hour work. I know you guys charge by the repair, but come on.
