    They STOLE MY MONEY. I live in a rural area without many options. Paid the same invoices NUMEROUS TIMES. They disconnected my service claiming I canceled WITHOUT CONTACTING ME. They refuse to answer the phone at the call center, and will call back and let it ring 1 ********************* HANGING UP!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

    I called into see why my service wasnt working. Was told that I had an outstanding balance from a bill back in April of 2021. Called for the same thing the day before and paid all outstanding bills and reconnect fee with service being restored. They are extorting customers.

    The worst internet company ever!! I have been without internet for over 4 days and I work from home. This is the 4th time in 6 months that it’s been out. I am forced to use them because of the community I live in. Thank god, I move in 2 weeks and I won’t have to deal with this company anymore! Horrible!!!

    If there is any star less than 1 that’s what gigamonster deserves. Because how can internet company be this useless and still charge alot?? And because this is the only useless internet company the apartment provides, it slows down everything thing one has to do when am home relaxing because every now and then it goes out. This is the worst internet company in the history of internet.

    Gigamonster refuses to answer their phone or return calls during a known outage. They also refuse to come fix the outage because of rain? Going over 12 hours without a returned phone call or an effort from them to fix the internet for a whole community.

    I have never experienced that many issues without any improvements or changes with any other internet provider. The worst thing, my apartment complex "The *******" formerly known as "Notting Hill" has a contract with them and we are unable to go through any other provider. So we are forced to deal with the inconsistent and low quality internet service. First, the internet doesn't only go down frequently for hours, it goes down for days - I am not kidding. It was just down from Friday Nov 25th to Monday Nov 28th. Prior to that it was in down for 3 business days in October and then for a day in September. You don't get an email or call from the provider, letting you know it's down, you just find out because nothing works. While they are "working on it" you get no updates from them, nor an ETA. Not from the apartment complex, nor Giga Monster. You just have to keep checking by calling and listening to a recording that says they are aware, working on it and do not have an ETA, or by trying to log into anything. Many people work from home and nobody seems to care that if we can't work, we can't pay our bills - including our rent and internet. The credit you get for the internet being down for 3 days, is $13 but because they are feeling generous, they are giving me $15 instead. Again, I am not making this up lol. Not only is it absolutely unacceptable for the internet to be down for days but also that I then have to call and request a credit on my bill. This should be a given that they credit my bill and everyone's bill automatically. I can understand a few hours here and there but I have never been with a provide that was down for days. When the internet is up, it's not great. I pay for the highest plan Giga Monster offers which is $119 and my VC calls consistently drop or freeze. I provided this feedback multiple times before but nothing has changed. As a matter of fact, it feels like the reception has gotten worse with the so called recent upgrades.

    Gigamonster is HORRIBLE! They internet goes out for MULTIPLE days at a time and all they say is "a Tech has been dispatched and is working on it". This is unacceptable. I work from home and have missed 3 days of work due to not having service. Every time there is an outage I request a credit to my account and I have yet to receive anything. They are rude, unprofessional and can not keep the service which we are REQUIRED by the complex to use. I think since they have built in customers, they are not pressed to improve anything about the service. If you're apartment complex uses this company, DO NOT MOVE there. You will be without service many times for multiple days with no recompense.

    All of these 1 star reviews are true. I'm on a hotspot right now because the internet has gone out multiple times today. I work from home, so I'm not exaggerating when I say the internet goes out or resets multiple times EVERY day. Internet is slow but we're supposed to have "the fastest internet ever" according to the tech that came out to install the equipment. **************** doesn't help nor do they give an ETA on when service will be back up. My apartment complex has a contract with them so they are the only option unfortunately so at the end of this lease we're moving, its THAT bad.

    Internet goes out daily and all technical support says is that theyre sorry. Agreed. This is terrible service. I wouldnt move anywhere that giga monster is your only option. They dont deserve one star. ????

    You guys need to get your systems in order and fixed for a variety of reasons. First, the call back option on the phones is garbage. I put in a call on **** and waited for a call back that I never received. I called later in the day after I got back to my house and spoke with someone finally. On **** I called and was told by the system to leave a callback number, did but then I called right back in and got through to a person immediately. **** Same result where I called told the call volume was high and to leave a call back number, did got the call back but the agent could not hear me on my end and when I called in to speak to someone there was no issues being heard. I called and spoke to someone started to work on things and the person immediately hung up and waited a few minutes to see if they would call me back but nothing so called back in. The other issue with the phone system you have is when the call volume is high, the message to leave a call back replays every cycle soon as it finishes. What if I didn't want to leave it? I'd have to listen that stupid message for however long the wait was to speak to someone.Now, onto the other issues. I know that my bill was past due. So I paid it. Called in on **** around 9PM PST and spoke to someone. He told me he was getting a ticket to the team to reconnect the service. They might have left he said but that it COULD be up in a couple hours but should be back up in the morning. Calling it a no go for the day I didn't worry about it coming up on ****. I wake up on **** get to work, My wife was heading to work as well so most of the day no worries. I get back home and notice it still down. Restart my Router a couple times just in case. Checked with a different device, still nothing. Called in. When I did get someone I was told the team was not in at the time and it would be best to call in during the day to be forwarded to them to get it solved. OK, no sweat. Called **** and got the call back, this is when the call di
