    I wish I could leave negative stars for gigamonster. My internet service is down more days than not. They give ZERO estimated wait time for when things will be back up and running. Its a roll of the dice. Ive rented hotel rooms to tie me over with work-from-home until my internet service is back. Only for it to stop working the very next day. **************** is useless. This company has ONE JOB, to provide internet. But they fail 50% of the time. Awful.

    Gigamonster is *******% better than our previous provider, *********. I cant get anything done adn when working from home the only thing I can do it work and it is very slow. That means no one else can watch nextflix or use wifi devices. What a fin time, :)

    This company is filled with a group of liars. My service was cut off due to their irresposibilities. My **** was paid and they cut my service off because they said the **** was not paid. I explained to them that is clearly some mix up on there part because June and July was paid, yet they still cut the service off. On 7/26/22, the Supvisor ****** contacted us and spoke to my husband and assured him that the issue was not our fault. He said he see that we do not owe anything and our next payment is in August and due to that he will turn on our service which he did. On Thursday the service went back off again. We called Gigamonster again and they told us the service was off because of July payment again. We are back where we started and I am desperately in need of help with this situation.
