    We had a very tight time span from the time we knew our house sold to our two closing dates and moving dates. *** from Wirks was able to come to our house to do a detailed fixed estimate which was competitive with the other quotes we got. *** was also able to work with the scheduler when our initially requested dates did not work with the previous moves that were scheduled. ***, **** and DJ arrived on time and worked to load our house while we went to our closing. Then ***, DJ and ***** met us in ********* NC the next morning to unload. Unloading went smoothly and the team checked with us frequently to make sure furniture and boxes were placed in the correct place. We hope we dont have to move again but would definitely recommend Wirks to anyone needing moving services.

    The team of *** and ****** were very professional. They worked fast even in the July heat. The price did not go above the estimate. They wrapped everything which was great. I was worried about my new floors and newly painted walls. But not a single scratch. I would use again.

    As a neighbor, this is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Just a couple of weeks ago. My new neighbor moved into my neighborhood. The workers of this company has made my life as well as my family and surrounding neighbors home a living nightmare on elm street. Some where along the line the employee's whom were working for my new neighbor, started a shoot out. (With live bullets) Shots were fired between the Wirks Moving employees. It was like watch a blood bath. I'm not sure of what happen exactly. Other than myself and maybe a few other were ducking for cover.To find our neighborhood in an unsafe environment. Due to Wirks Moving Employee's. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. As they do not obviously detailed background on people they hire. People choose moving companies to assist them with their move. People expect the companies to maintain professionalism, quality customer service, and safe environments at all times. Wirks Moving did not display this at all. Never uses them.

    We are truly mortified at the events you and your family were subject to and we cannot apologize deeply enough to everyone who was exposed to this truly upsetting event. It was genuinely shocking to our team given that all of the individuals involved were background checked and vetted by our team. The possession and use of firearms is strictly against our company's policies. All of the individuals involved were terminated after putting the public in danger and violating our trust. We have serviced over ****** customers and have never had an incident such as the one that occurred on this day and are fully committed to never having another incident like this ever again. We are a small business that has consistently tried to do the right thing. This incident is not indicative of our mission and culture. We are doing everything we can to help the family that was moved. If there is anything that I can do for you and your family, please contact our company. I fully understand your feelings and am deeply saddened that you experienced these events.

    Moving is usually a painful endeavor but the team at Wirks was incredible and made it so easy. The consult was thorough and informative - answering all my questions. The team for the actual move were friendly, high quality, protected all items and worked so fast! They even made it fun with jokes along the way and a casual and friendly style that put us at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone for any service!!
