  This has been one of the worst experiences. I took my car in for a fuel injector, I left needing a new engine. No accountability for their misdiagnosis, now they're trying to manipulate me into paying more money to get it fixed AND instead of rectifying the situation they're trying to get me to buy a new car.

  My experience with Volkswagen of Marietta has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. After multiple visits, my car is still not repaired, and the service I received reflects a serious lack of competence and professionalism. To make matters worse, I was misled about key repairs, resulting in unnecessary expenses and wasted time.The lack of clear communication and follow-through is appalling. I expected a reputable brand like Volkswagen to prioritize customer satisfaction and honesty, but instead, I encountered mismanagement and dismissiveness at every step.I would strongly advise others to reconsider doing business with this dealership. If Volkswagen values its reputation, they should seriously evaluate how this location handles its customers.

  I had an exemplary experience with Rock throughout the entire car purchasing process. From the initial inquiry to the final transaction, the communication was straightforward and efficient.   Im a first time ** owner and I had a wonderful experience with this location from start to finish. Will, my sales *** was knowledgeable and professional in answering all of my questions and concerns. The finance department was amazing and valued transparency and honesty. Id recommend anyone to visit this location if youre in the business for a quality vehicle.

  Excellent dealership everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I purchased a used non VW vehicle, if service is anything like the other departments I worked with they will have a new customer for my regular maintenance. Been looking for 3 months, they were $2k lower than all the other places with comparable vehicles. Finance person was EXCELLENT, he did not rush me explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Thank you for providing a GREAT car buying experience.

  Will did a great job assisting us with the purchase of our car. He seemed to really appreciate the value of our time and kept the process moving at a good pace. I also appreciated his follow -up after the sale and helping coordinate a service request. Seems like all the employees at that dealership are focused on the customer. ***** to the management.
