  We had a wonderful experience at this VW dealership. We were working with another dealership who ultimately lost our business when they made us feel we werent a priority. We knew what we wanted but we had some contingencies and VW of Marietta worked with us to get us out of one car and into another. Cant say enough great things about ******* and the Manager *****. Highly recommend this dealership!

  We were motivated by the online price. Everything worked out well. Happy campers make happy car owners. Weve owned VWs for 24 yrs and I wont change that. Special Kudos to Ramazan. He went above and beyond , he personally delivered our car to our home.

  Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was in pajama pants because of a crow boot I have to wear and no one looked at me any different or made me feel embarrassed while I was there. A great staff and manager.

  Truth be told I was just looking for the best deal I could find. That said, I ended up getting the best deal in *******, and I had the best dealership sales experience I have ever had.Zero pressure... just authentic care from Sales to Finance and everyone else I met there. They were fast and efficient and never tried to sell me on things I did not need with my new VW.I have had well over a dozen new cars over the years and some were "luxury" cars that were at a much higher price point, but this was truly the very best experience I have had buying a new car.Thank you Volkswagen of Marietta for being a great example of how to do things the right way. I very much appreciate your staff and your respect for your customers! I'll be back again for sure.

  We purchased a car with cash on june 10, 2023 for our daughter. We were told the title, plates/registration would arrive in about ***** days and that the temp tag expires in 30 days. I had called after 21 days to find out what the delay was. They said there was a delay with the government. I called the government and they said they never received any information and that the *** number for that car was still under the previous owners name. I called VW of Marietta and they said they could issue me another temp tag to buy me more time and do the process over again. They asked me to drive out but I could not take another 3 hours out of my time to go there since I was packing my daughter up for college. They were kind enough to drive to my house to apply a new temp tag on my car, only to find out they brought the SAME expired TEMP TAG. They had to come out a few days later to replace that tag again while also confirming that the title and registration will come to me guaranteed in 10 days. 14 days later, today, I called the state to find out if they ever received the info for new title etc and they proceeded to tell me that volkswagen of marietta sent a new title to the previous owner! Really? So now my daughter is driving a car that is not registered to her in *****. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!!!

  Best service experience I have had at a VW dealership; Volkswagen of Marietta. I own four VWs, the oldest is a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI with over ******* miles. *** newest is a 2021 Golf SE. I have owned 11 Volkswagens over the last 15 years and have had them always serviced at a VW dealerships. After relocating I have been taking my VWs to Volkswagen of Marietta. Scheduling service was easy, even with my families work and school schedules. *** Service Manager is professional, polite and listens to any concerns I might have at the time of scheduling. No surprises. *** service is completed within the time frame promised. If there is a issue that needs attention, the Service Representative will present it to me and offer options. *** vehicles are returned washed and vacuumed. *** service report is gone over, and any recommendations for addition service is presented. I have always been pleased how my family and I are treated from start to finish. It is apparent that this dealership works together to make it right. My next Volkswagen will be purchased from Volkswagen of Marietta.*****
