    On 6/28 My ******** were in Atlanta for my nephews wedding. We went yo brunch at the ************** in downtown Atlanta. There is a parking lot across the street that says public parking For patrons only n an arrow pointing straight across. We parked n went to the restaurant. Came out 30 mins later to find a boot on my truck. I called the number n was transferred to the rudest meanest person I have ever met. He called me a number of times a stupid Mother f...er. He wouldn't tell me his name n demanded I tell him I was lieing about the signage.After about 15 mins he told me that a guy would be right there to pay the fine to. The guy was in a car across the lot new **** n when I paid the fine he told me that us out of towners should research this stuff first. The arrow he said was pointing down which it wasnt. After paying the $75 fine he unhooked the car. As we were driving away he was booting another car.We will never visit Atlanta again after how bad we were treated. Especially being senior citizens. *** II day should ever be treated like that

    Went to ********* on ****** at 10th at ************* with my wife and son. 45 Minutes later, I come out to 2 boots on my X5 and a sticker on the window letting me know my car had been immobilized and to call to pay to have them removed. After calling and sitting on hold for 5 minutes, I hang up to start the process again, so I could get this rectified.A black Mustang with a door sticker with Atlanta Parking Solutions and a phone number, hops out, asks me if I called and when I told him I was at Med Grill, he scampers over, removes the boots and sticker and drives off. No apologies, no nothing. So I call corporate."*******************" answers the phone and things go sideways quick. *** tells me "This ain't my first rodeo, stop lying to me. I know you left the premises. I assured him I had could get my receipt from Med Grill. He then berates me and tells me that has video of me leaving the parking lot and can prove it. I told him to be very careful with his attitude.So he hangs up to "get the video" and calls me back and tells me his driver must have made a mistake but that I shouldn't be upset because my car was booted and that I wasted my time. I asked him what the rules were for parking there and he said "my employee watches and video tapes people who leave". My response, "I think you're employee isn't paying attention and you might want to have a talk with him". Or, you could simply apologize for touching my car that you had no business touching. He then proceeded to berate me again and tell me I shouldn't have called to lodge a complaint and that they did nothing wrong. This company should have their license revoked and "*******************" should be unemployeed tomorrow at 9am for his positively ABYSMAL attitude on the phone.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Parked in this parking lot to go into smoothie king, grab a smoothie, and take a picture with my girlfriend at the pride crosswalk. Come back to my car not even 15 minutes later and theres a boot. Saw my license plate was from ** and decided he wanted to pick on me. Not to mention while I was disputing this, a woman came outside with a bag of food and said theres a boot on her car because she was waiting 10 minutes for her food. I was accused of leaving the property. When I called to try and talk to the manager about the issue, he accused me of leaving the property without even being present. The whole line of management there are children and deserve to be shut down.

    The parking lot between ******************************** on 10th & Piedmont in *** is so sleezy. I am an uber driver & went in to *****'s deli for literally 1 minute to grab an order and came back to my car to a man placing a boot on the car. Look I get it. Ultimately it was my mistake for parking in the wrong spot but this was excessive. Called the number on the ticket and the phone was answered by a man who said he was the owner. I asked to speak about why my car was booted and was immediately berated. Told that I am undoubtedly a liar when I mentioned that there were plenty of other cars parked there with people who, when asked, told me they were not at any of the applicable stores listed (while I waited 30 minutes for the attendant to return). I again asked him why my car was the only one in the lot booted being that I was not the only person there in error and I was there for by far the shortest amount of time. Was screamed at and berated. Asked him to please quit yelling. At this point I asked if it could be a discrimination issue considering he was so quick to anger at which point he really lost it. Screamed at me continuously about being a liar. At this point I told him I did not wish to be screamed at any longer and hung up. He called me back from his personal number & continued to scream that he spoke to his driver and I am obviously wrong and he has video of the parking lot. I implored him to watch said video. He yelled at me that if he was wrong he would fire his attendant but I'm obviously lying. I told him I wasn't interested in talking until he stopped screaming. Continued to yell. Once again I hung up and blocked the number. He called me, AGAIN, from an unlisted "scam likely" number.... there is more but I have run out of characters in this text box. None the less, this man is vile and incredibly angry. He desperately needs therapy or a new line of business that makes him less miserable.
