  While living in *******, **, I purchased a 2008 Land Rover LR3 HSE from Atlanta Auto Brokers in ********, **, on January 31, 2025, after being reassured by the salesperson that the vehicle had been inspected and would not have been on the lot or listed on the website if it wasn't ready. I paid a total of $ 5500 for the vehicle, and it was delivered to me from Atlanta, **, to ******** MS.I had it inspected by Midas on February 20, 2025, for a check-up. I was also informed that I needed repairs and rear tire replacement due to the steel threads protruding from it. The tires were replaced by Rhyme Time on February 20, 2025. On February 22, 2025, I forwarded a request for compensation and repairs to Atlanta Auto Brokers at the same email address to which they sent my documents of sale. I received a notice stating that the recipient was not found.( See attachments).Repairs were continued on February 26, 2025, April 18, 2025, and April 26, 2025. On May 10, 2025, I sent my final email to Atlanta Auto Brokers, requesting total compensation for the cost of repairs, $4,386.96, which was short of the vehicle's actual cost, $ ********, with a 30-day suspense period before I would contact the BBB. One email address was returned recipient not found and the other no response If I had to rate Atlanta Auto Brokers in ********, **, I would give them a quarter of a star. They are unprofessional in handling client issues and provide misleading information to make clients believe their products have been inspected, but the cost of repairs suggests that no inspection was conducted. I would never buy another product from them, nor would I recommend Atlanta Auto Brokers, Marietta, **, to anyone across the country.

  We are saddened to hear that you are not pleased with your vehicle purchase however we feel as though you are not being quite fair in this situation. The purchased vehicle is 17 years old with over ******* miles on it. A vehicle of this age and mileage is of course going to have normal wear and tear including worn vehicle components. Taking the vehicle to a repair facility (someone who is in business to only make money by repairing vehicles) and requesting them to do a "check up" is of course going to provide anyone with a vehicle of that age and mileage a laundry list of items needing to be replaced. At no point did we represent this vehicle to you as a perfect/pristine condition vehicle by any means. In reference to the emails sent that were stated "recipient not found", you simply misspelled our email address.

  Extremely poor experience. Purchased ******************. Was told car was perfect without issues. Car arrived with leakage from manifold covers and nonfunctional 360 degree camera system. They instructed me to take to a local mechanic for evaluation and they would cover the cost to fix the cameras. They initially tried to send an email stating they were surprised to learn the pictures they took of the vehicle demonstrated the rear backup camera was working only to realize the picture confirmed the side cameras on the mirrors were not working and they should have absolutely known. Sales manager provided assurances the car was perfect. It was thoroughly inspected. They had a state of the art garage and it was inspected thoroughly. They assured me they would cover the cost of the camera repair. Asked me to send the invoices for the repair quote which I did. The car was at the mechanic for nearly four weeks before I had to decide to pay for the repair myself. Now nearly two months later this high end used car company still has not stepped up to their guarantee of a car not arriving without undisclosed mech social issues. The car I bought had two major issues. I am surprised to see such a high rating for this dealer. My experience is that they are a typical used car sales team. For high volume low cost cars you may get lucky and they count on that but they will not stand by their vehicles or follow through on promises or corrective action. ******. Especially if out of state. As of this complaint( they are avoidant, make empty promises and assurances and simply cannot be trusted. I keep hoping they will step up and make things right but ultimately they hide behind as is statements and other typical used car sales lingo. Highly advise you to not deal with this dealership. Im sure the reasons enwill be you can spend money on a cursory third party to evaluation. Your better bet is to shop elsewhere. Do not trust the sales manager or their empty promises.
