  April 2025, I had a huge yellow jacket nest in my tree trunk. I was charged $540.00 to have it sprayed with pesticides, I thought, with one follow up visit to make certain they were destroyed, I can approach the trunk to remove it. I was told by ******** of TruTech to sign the contract via phone communication, and they would do follow up visits, I said, NO, I am a caregiver, I assist my mother, I cannot afford a $79 monthly fee for follow **** especially when the trunk will be removed in the end. Does that make any sense to be charged $79 for spraying nothing? I just needed pesticides applied one time. TruTech came back in May and June unbeknownst to me, and I was charged $79 each time. I called and left messages for ******** twice, never returned my call. I reversed the charges from my bank account and made contact with TruTech to cancel the service that I never wanted monthly to begin with and formally ended my business with TruTech, this was June 9, 2025. I thought, I'm done with TruTech, and no more yellow jackets. ***** with TruTech calls me on June 30, 2025, and leaves a message. Why do I need to speak with him? He calls me back AGAIN, on July 15, 2025, why? His attitude was unprofessional, but he was doing a "follow up call" I had placed 5 weeks ago to a ********, not him and I guess he wanted to win the Right fight. I didn't need my time wasted by a bully like him; I hung up. Bad attitude, *****. I am no longer a client, I wonder how you treat your existing ones.

  No result after a five day trapping session. As there was not active Armadillo *******, the chances of success are minimal. I paid $800.00 with no results. Apparently the company believes in ongoing monthly pellet treatments of $79.00 to keep them off your property. If I did not cancel the monthly treatment, i would have spent nearly $2000.00. I would not recommend this company.

  **** from Trutech in the Triangle area of NC was professional and honest. He openly told me and showed me that I had no wildlife problem in my attic. I was impressed with his friendliness and his truthfulness.

  ****** from TruTech Wildlife did an excellent job on our rat infestation with a great plan to protect our horse barn and mower storage building. We will use them again. ********************.

  Very professional and high quality work. I had raccoons, rats and squirrels all together in my attic. My husband and I were traumatized to hear sounds all day and night- scratching, moving, and chewing. We called Trutech (dfw) and they came out very quickly, sealed up all entry points and made sure all animals were out, the attic was cleaned and now we are in the process of tracking activity and keeping them out FOREVER. I will never recommend anyone but Trutech to solve wildlife. It is my understanding that they handle much more than these animals that we had break in and try to steal our home! Thanks Trutech! We appreciate you so much for giving us our peace of mind and sleep schedule back.
