  They charged me for products I did not receive. The place is a scam.
  I did not take the 2 diabetes shoes & 1 insert.   I did not take them because they were disgustingly ugly. I only have 1 shoe insert which I did not want to take but was forced on me.

  am delighted to share my outstanding experience with the largest endocrinology team in Augusta, featuring a fantastic group of five highly skilled endocrinologists, including exceptional diabetes specialists, all under one roof. From the moment I walked into their center, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The efficiency of their operations, despite the size of the team, was truly impressive. It's clear that they prioritize patient care and convenience. The diabetes specialists within this team demonstrated an unparalleled understanding of diabetes management. Their comprehensive approach to management and tailored specifically to my needs, gave me the confidence to take control of my health.   I went in for a simple ingrown toenail removal. It took about 45 minutes before I was even seen by the doctor. She then examined my toe and came back about 10 minutes later to inject lidocaine into my toe. She said she’s be back in 10-15 minutes. I began to worry that the lidocaine would wear off. 25 minutes later she finally returns. Lidocaine no longer active. She begins cutting into my toe, I can feel everything and I shout at her from the pain. I sit up to ask if she’s removing my whole toe nail as I’ve had this procedure in the past and never had my toenail cut that far into the center. She tells me to just sit back. Meanwhile as all of this is happening, she’s yelling at staff members while she’s cutting open my toe. Another patient I guess left without her advice and she was yelling at her staff to call him to get him back. She’s swearing and calling her staff cruel names. I wish I had done further research prior to my appointment, but my options were limited as she was one of the only podiatrists in my are who accepted the kind of insurance I have.
