  Took my money, cash only, to order part. Never got part or fixed my refrigerator. He is a scammer. I want my refrigerator fixed or my money back. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!

  Took my money, then decided that he didn't want to do the job! His live-in- girl took the phone and was insulting! Only refunded my money after I got another person involved and threatened him with contacting the police. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

  This is a fraudulent contractor. ***************************** Thompson of Thompson Mechanical LLC came to our house to fix our refrigerator. He requested $800 for parts he needed to order. He opened the appliance, and actually made it worse by putting a filter that caused a leak. He then stopped responding texts or phone calls. He disappeared with the $800. We sent certified letters, but he ignored them. We called another technician, who laughed at what he saw, and fixed our refrigerator for $134. We checked Mr. Thompson's reviews in Yelp, and sadly, we have been just one more of a long line of customers that he defrauded. In fact, our loss, $800, was small in comparison to much higher sums he took from others. Do not become another victim.

  This company totally sucks! They are rude and dishonest. As I was talking to Mr ****************** he hung up on me. They came(******) in an unmarked car. Looked at our dryer, said it was the starter, charged ****** said he was going to get the part. He cashed the check call and said he had the part and would be over later that night. Nope! One week later I called and asked for a refund. He said ****** service and parts. Told him he could keep the parts. If anyone wants to *** with me let me know.

  We appreciate you calling for service, and we assisted you with the dryer and the multiple issues that you were having. As a company; we make it a policy to not go back and forth with customers but in the case of blatant defamation, we are forced to respond. You were not honest about the tech returning the first time to replace the timer and start button. The second part which was the control board was ordered and on its way. You must understand we get over 200 customers to take care of each month and rated an AAA service. We offered to continue the repair or give you a partial refund which is fair.

  Bad experience. Said they would come out between 4-6. Showed up close to 7 on Friday. Said they would use $125 towards repair. Turned nobs, pressed reset button. but it didn't fix washer. Sent someone back out on Tuesday and said he found the problem, but needed $175 more to fix it, Was not going to pay that before product was purchased or fixed. Did not apply $125 towards the repair as told. And didn't know when they would even come back because I'm the one that KEPT calling them.

  Please do not use this company for your appliance repairs...I called this company on 8-6-22 and told them that my washer was showing a code which I later found to be (problem with the clutch). They advised that could not tell me anything about the code over the phone but then schedule me an appt for today 8-10-22 stating there would be a $99.00 service fee charge that would be credit towards any repairs. This morning when I hadn't heard from them I called and the owner states he was just about to call me however he didn't even know my full phone number and had to ask for it again. I then reminded him that the code the washer was giving was the clutch and he said he still needed to look at it in person. He then showed up about an hour later with another young man who appeared to be in training looked at the code and said you have a bad clutch so it will cost you more for parts and repairs...you may as well by a new washer. When I told him he could have told me that over the phone instead charging me to come here to say it he said I have brand new washer at my store where your $99 will be applied to the purchase. I then paid him and asked again do you have brand new machines and he said yes all kinds. I then drove to totally different place called ************** where I spoke to a lady who advised she doesn't have any new items they are all used. I then called the owner back and he said they should let me call her now to check. As I was standing there she told him you have to call me and check before. I normally don't have new items. HE then called me back telling me what she said and i asked him what kind of scam is this? I purchased a Kenmore matching set for my brand new house 5 yr ago what do I look like putting some used stuff in my home when I have money for a new one. He then became angry yelling that he was going to give me my money back b/c I was acting like a baby over $99 while hanging up the phone. That was 3hrs ago & my money isn't here!
