We selected flooring with ******* after a family friend suggested that we use this company. We set a date and were not informed the day off if the company came by the house or not. I had to call a day after since the house is empty with a lock box and it is a very far drive away from our current home. We did not receive any communication whatsoever. I addressed issues with the doors / floors and have reached out to the company several times but they refuse to fix it. It did not look like this at my friends house and gaps should not be at my house. IF they company saw that there were gaps or issues with the new flooring this should have been adrresed at day of installment so we would have canceled and hired someone else who could do the job with a good looking outcome. The gaps are an eye sore and this was not mentioned that it would look like this. The company either needs to finish the flooring or send someone and pay for the repairs. WE cannot move in when the floor is not finished are are now having to pay rent for our current home while having to argue with this company to finish the floors they agreed to do in our home. No manager contacted me or store owner to fix this. It is not acceptable

On February 6, 2023, I purchased ****** SF of Golden Oak 3/4 X 21/4 X 88 from Holcomb **************** for $2,906.68 which included labor, installation, and wood removal. On February 10th, the installation of the hardwood floor was completed. Upon inspecting the floor, I found that over 40% of the floor had black spots throughout that area. I told the installers that the wood needs to be replaced. They told me that they didn't have an additional wood. I called the salesman, *******, and he came the next day to inspect the area. He said that it is common for hardwood to have imperfections. I show him three rooms of hardwood floors that was installed around ****. There were none of those dark, black spots on the hardwood previously installed. I made it clear that the wood was damaged and needed to be replaced. We arranged for the installers to replace the damaged wood. Not only was I charged an additional $650 for the installation, but I was charged $430.40 for the replacement of the bad wood he had sold me. ******* and Holcomb, *** did not make an attempt to make any compensation or accountability for the sale of a damaged product.

If I could give a zero review I would. They installed the carpet in my newly built home in 2016. The carpet was delaminating 30 days after move in. They installed it on top of construction debris. I had nails under sticking from carpet on my stairs on move in day step on which I injured by foot. Then lets not forget the debris I have been vacuuming up for years. I called immediately after move in to report the issue to the builder and the carpet installer Ga Flooring Outlet both saying the would look into it to resolve. They keep advising they were coming out to home never came. Christmas 2016 still no resolution or stop by. Been calling Ga Flooring and *********************** since 9/2016-1/2023 still trying to get warranty info on carpet so I claim could have been filed due to they clearly knew the carpet was defective since it was improperly installed, Cut too short for tucking so ripples in areas, also they have chucks of carpet missing due to most likely cutting with a dull blade so I can actually see my concrete flooring and wood flooring underneath due to a ***** of carpet is missing. Carpet fibers been receding in carpet since move in day. My carpet is literally receded so far back its past the nail tacks they lay to place the carpet on about 3 inches back so you see pure concrete slab. I had to put a carpet runner over area so people would not injure themselves.Oh the kicker my kid is special needs with asthma and allergies so just imagine moving into your brand new house only to find carpet has this debris coming from it as you vacuum triggering your child's asthma. The backing of the carpet literally has deuterated since day one. I have not gotten one resolution from ***********************, Ga Flooring aka ********************** Distributions, June **********************, Franklin ********************** since I been reaching out via email, phone, even **************** cellphone and they will not address or respond anymore. So yes the review prior left are correct if you have an issue no contact made. There is no integrity.
