If I could give a zero review I would. They installed the carpet in my newly built home in 2016. The carpet was delaminating 30 days after move in. They installed it on top of construction debris. I had nails under sticking from carpet on my stairs on move in day step on which I injured by foot. Then lets not forget the debris I have been vacuuming up for years. I called immediately after move in to report the issue to the builder and the carpet installer Ga Flooring Outlet both saying the would look into it to resolve. They keep advising they were coming out to home never came. Christmas 2016 still no resolution or stop by. Been calling Ga Flooring and *********************** since 9/2016-1/2023 still trying to get warranty info on carpet so I claim could have been filed due to they clearly knew the carpet was defective since it was improperly installed, Cut too short for tucking so ripples in areas, also they have chucks of carpet missing due to most likely cutting with a dull blade so I can actually see my concrete flooring and wood flooring underneath due to a ***** of carpet is missing. Carpet fibers been receding in carpet since move in day. My carpet is literally receded so far back its past the nail tacks they lay to place the carpet on about 3 inches back so you see pure concrete slab. I had to put a carpet runner over area so people would not injure themselves.Oh the kicker my kid is special needs with asthma and allergies so just imagine moving into your brand new house only to find carpet has this debris coming from it as you vacuum triggering your child's asthma. The backing of the carpet literally has deuterated since day one. I have not gotten one resolution from ***********************, Ga Flooring aka ********************** Distributions, June **********************, Franklin ********************** since I been reaching out via email, phone, even **************** cellphone and they will not address or respond anymore. So yes the review prior left are correct if you have an issue no contact made. There is no integrity.
