    '"DO NOT BELIVE PHONE QUOTE"I was given a phone quote on May 2nd work performed on May 8th for $395.00 for septic services to pump 1000 gallon tank. The operator removed the lid and said the cost is $567.54.I stated that is not the phone quote he said your septic system is old. I stated "I known that" and the intake person knew also. A course work was performed. Refund my overpayment of $200.00 dollars and stop taking advantage of your elderly customers. I called the office several times no call back the family owned business. Beware of letting the operator take off the lid.

    Hands down the best guys out there! I had an emergency situation with my septic on a Sunday.called 4 other businesses and they couldnt get anyone out. Called Pro Flow and they had someone on site within the hour!!! Most humble and professional group of guys Ive ever dealt with!

    Me along with other family members have used Pro Flow Rooter & Septic from *****************, outdoor plumbing and septic issues. The crews are always well knowledgeable and professional at what they do. I made contact with them on Saturday morning regarding an outdoor plumbing issue they were in and out early that evening the same day. Cant asked for better customer service than that especially on a ** Saturday. Appreciate yall again.

    Wonderful company! I called for a quote and they were out the next day. The team of guys that came out, worked hard and got the job done. ****** answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable of the work he does. ****** was also very polite and respectful.     Call **** for a septic inspection when buying our home. Thankfully I did! The field lines had failed which would have cost us $10-15k to replace. They came when they said they would be there, right on time. Best quoted price out of the 5 companies I called. ***** was exactly what he said when they got there to do the inspection. He sent me the inspection letter the same day within a hour after completing the job! I would definitely recommend this company for any and all septic needs! Thanks ****!
