    Ordered a window glass for a 1970 *** amx on Dec 21, 2023. I've tried calling them numerous times. Left voicemails and even emailed them. I have not been able to get in contact with them.     I ordered a windshield from Metro Parts Market that they could get from their supplier. They contacted me through emails detailing cost of windshield and shipping costs. They did contacted me about possible shipping delays of up to two weeks. I've tried to call back but no answer only a message that they couldn't get to the phone right now. This I did on more than one occasion. Also I tried replying to their emails but still no response. I would like them to either fulfill the order or return my money.Transaction date: 6/8/2023 Payment has been processed through credit card: $712.00 I had to pay an additional shipping charge because it was coming to **************.

    Ordered rear glass for a **** ***** Suburban months ago haven't received the glass and every week I'm told it will ship out next week, so I wait and every time the nothing has shipped and I start the email process over again with the same outcome. After asking around social media there seems to be a number of people of who ordered this same part from this business and are getting the same response is this wire fraud? I need to receive the item a paid for I was never told about any type of lead time or back order during this whole process so saying that now would be a moot point. I have every email to full back up issue from day one I've never received a call back I email every Friday and I'm lucky to get a response days later after multiple try's.

    I ordered a windshield on Jan 26, 2023 and got an email notice that it would soon be sent and a confirmation number sent with the freight company. I tried to call and the phone was taking messages....but got no call back as i asked. I got a text on Feb 14 saying it would ship soon and i would get a confirmation from ********. I tried to call and again got no answer and this time the phone was full taking no messages. I got an email saying she had a family issue and would either ship the glass or give me a refund this past friday. The day has passed and no calls, no text or emails and no refund.

    We're having trouble receiving our order or a refund.We placed an order in October 2021 for some products that were on backorder until late February of 2022.From around the end of February-early March 2022 we had kept contact. We were willing to wait a little longer given the current worldwide situation with supply shortages. No updates after this.We asked about the order in October 2022, and were told that we'd get a refund.No explanation was given but I'm assuming the manufacturer is unable to give ETA.No refund has been given. We have called two separate numbers and emailed three different people but there has been no recourse.One of the phone numbers goes to a message saying they're closed for Independence Day, and another message that says the mailbox is full. It appears that they haven't checked their messages for at least a few months.The other phone number goes to an answering machine at any given time of day, so I'm assuming they're avoiding all calls or no one is actually there.We'd just like to get our refund and be done with this company.

    I have been trying to get a refund from metro parts market for a long time now. I order a windshield for a ***********************, as a gift for my grandpa. ****** received my order in the last Month and a half now! They dont even answer my emails!
