    Placed order. Never received product or refund. Even after numerous attempts

    We're having trouble receiving our order or a refund. We placed an order in October 2021 for some products that were on backorder until late February of 2022.From around the end of February-early March 2022 we had kept contact. We were willing to wait a little longer given the current worldwide situation with supply shortages. No updates after this.We asked about the order in October 2022, and were told that we'd get a refund.No explanation was given but I'm assuming the manufacturer is unable to give ETA.No refund has been given. We have called two separate numbers and emailed three different people but there has been no recourse.One of the phone numbers goes to a message saying they're closed for Independence Day, and another message that says the mailbox is full. It appears that they haven't checked their messages for at least a few months.The other phone number goes to an answering machine at any given time of day, so I'm assuming they're avoiding all calls or no one is actually there.We'd just like to get our refund and be done with this company.
