    My shipment was never delivered. The company will not respond despite multiple requests for help and emails about the issue. No response whatsoever

    I ordered clothing from Comfrts website and requested a return because the items did not fit. I contacted their customer service to request a refund to my original payment method, but they are refusing and only offering store credit.While I understand if this is part of their policy, I believe the refund limitations were not made clearly visible at the time of purchase. I was not made aware during checkout that returns are only eligible for store credit.I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method. I have not yet returned the items and am holding them until this is resolved.

    I was a first time buyer on this website, receiving a 15% discount on my first order. When the items arrived, I liked them, however they did not fit. I went to the return/exchange portal to submit an exchange to receive the same items in the right size. The portal asked for my order number and email address under the clear header: Returns and Exchanges when I went to select the items to exchange, my only option was return this item. I emailed the business asking how to select exchange to which I was told exchanges are processed as returns. I find this problematic as I am now being asked to spend more money for the same items simply because the sizing was wrong (I am returning the items at the promotional first purchase discount that will no longer be eligible once I then order the exact same orders in the new size again as it will technically be my second purchase). The company only offers store credit for returns and will not refund to the original payment method (which is clearly stated), but to penalize a buyer for needing a different size of the same product when exchanges are referred to in the return process is wrong. Exchanges and returns are distinctly different in nature (i.e. in that a price chance does not occur with an exchange) and I feel as if the labeling and terminology used on the return/exchange portal was deceptive and should be removed. I would love for my request to truly exchange the item be honored but at the very least would like for the wording on the return portal to be changed so this doesnt happen to other people.

    I made an order with Comfrt clothing on March 19th, 2025 for a Maroon affirmation hoodie and a candle. The tracking number with ***** #**************************) said that our package was delivered on March 24th, 2025 to a parcel locker. We never received the key to this parcel locker. We waited a few days as advised to see if our package turned up, but it did not. I messaged the merchant on March 29th and asked them to help us fix the situation. They said they could not do anything about the misdelivery, even though we input our address correctly and it was clearly not our fault. I planned to file a chargeback with my bank for non receipt of package, but the neighbor who received our package instead of us ended up returning it to us on April 2nd, 2025. I let the merchant know I had finally gotten the package (without their help or concern), and wanted to return the merchandise for a refund, since I had such a bad experience with them. They refused repeatedly and offered only coupon codes. I have returned the items and am waiting on return delivery receipt as of April 10, 2025 ***** tracking **********************) to dispute with my bank. I believe this business does not follow best practices for consumers and is a threat to consumers who use them.

    I pre ordered and pre paid for Comfrt brand sweatshirts in January 2025. It is now April 2025 and I have not received any communication at all for this order. I no longer want to wait nor buy anymore merchandise from this company. I reach out to them via email requesting to cancel pre order for a refund. They respond to me stating I can only receive store credit. They do not make this policy known when placing pre orders. I have communicated with them few times now and they are firm in only giving me store credit. I do not wish to purchase from a business.

    I contacted comfrt about an order that I did not receive and have gotten the run around, they are completely unwilling to help with any resolution, refusing to issue a refund, they never answer emails.Horrible customer service

    I ordered a sweatshirt and the size was incorrect, I did a return and according to their return policy I was suppose to get an e-giftcard within 1 week of them receiving the return. After a week I still did not receive a giftcard so I contacted customer support and they told me that my return was received and I should have got my giftcard. I waited a couple more days and still did not receive the giftcard, I followed back up and they keep saying that I should have got a giftcard. After doing research online this seems to be a common issue many are having with returns where they don't receive their ********* my uploads you will see the transaction information, order #, date etc and the conversations between me and customer service.

    This is regarding Order number *********. I send the hoodie back and the company will not give me my money back. I do not wish to buy anything else as the sizes are not right for my child. I don't wish to buy anything from this company. Per the attached screenshot it is store credit will be given if opted for store credit...which I didn't. They can't keep people's money.

    Comfrt wouldnt answer emails for weeks on end about my return being lost. I had to file a complaint with **** finally after 5 months my package was returned and Comfrt only issues me a return less than what I was supposed to receive and they wont exchange the clothes for the same item to replace whats returned. Order was over $400.00. Returned ****** and they tried to give me 180$ in gift credit

    I ordered 132$ of products February 19th and recieved them February 20th. I dropped the items off for return February 21. They are refusing me a refund and only giving me store credit though I do not plan to purchase with them again. The policies are hard to find and not stated when ordered.
