On November 30, 2024, I purchased a sweatshirt and sweatpants set from Comfrt for $120.97 after taxes, shipping, and shipping protection. The business sent the set but the sweatshirt was much bigger than advertised on their website. It was too big so I emailed the company regarding a return in hopes that they would still honor the holiday price that I originally received. After following their return instructions, I shipped the item out for return on December 4th. The company provided a return label via ****. It has been sitting at the **** in ********, ** since December 11th. **** has since told me that the company needs to pick up the package from the post office as they do not deliver to bigger companies. The company has done nothing to help me and when I email to ask for assistance it takes 10 days for a response and the response consists of a copy and pasted description of their return policy. The business refuses to give me a refund and will not process my store credit for the returned items. All I want is a refund or store credit but they refuse. Its been over a month and no action has been taken from the business to help resolve any issue.Initial Complaint

I am very upset with this company, this was my first time ordering from comfrt and it was horrible. I spent over $500 dollars on sweat suits and my fist package it was missing the medium Charcoal color sweatshirt. This particular package was horribly done and put together. The top of this box wasn't even closed all the way so somebody stuck there hands right in the top of the box and took it right out. I had to throw the box out cause it was also soaked. Then I wrote them and no one got back to me till weekslater and I still got no answer back. Then second issue was with false advertisement and sizing is all wrong on these sweat suits. I meassured my husband cause he is big and tall, so I ordered the 3XL, 2 sweatsuits and 1 pair of pants for Xmas. But they were to tight, the pants were waytoo big on the top but tight on the top and same thing with the hoodies. So there are no bigger sizes I can get, so I want a full refund, no gift card cause I have no use for it and that's like $300 that I want back. I jus shipped them back today and I can send the tracking so you know when they are coming so I can get my refund back to my original form of payment. The kid sizes are also wrong, my daughter is a large and all these sweat suits are supposed to run extra big and they don't. The bottoms were baggy so that was fine but the top was way to small and short, so I had to send that back and it took forever to get the gift card to get an extra Large. Which I ended up getting and then I recieved the extra large which is OK but its not thay baggy and they run short and wide. So the advertising for these are false. They should also let people know that they can't get there money back before they spend all that money. It's not right especially cause they are expensive and you dont have much to choose from. So I would like my refund back to my original payment cause thats alot of money wasted and there is no bigger sizes for my husband. Horrible service & no # to call!!Initial Complaint

Date of order September 13 2024 I order a preorder 2 sweaters size 2xl in lavender and ***** cooor to be deliver in Nov 2024 the date passed and I sent them an email and the company immediately sent me one sweater and I keep waiting on the other and in December they send me a brown size M . I sent it back the very next day and I request a full refund . They send me a e-gift card with partial money . Nov 9th & 11th I placed orders for a pair of sweatpants and a zip up jacket. Nov 12th I started the return process after I received the items that didn't fit. Nov 17th, 20th, 21st I reached out via email about my returns. They received returns on the 15th of Nov which I have proof they have it. Nov 26th I received one email saying I started the return process but they didn't receive the items. I showed proof again. I never heard a response back to my emails and then Dec 10th I received an email saying my return time expired. Dec 11th I emailed again and they never responded. So they have their items and still kept my money. I want this resolved. I don't understand how a business doesn't have a phone number to reach out and I don't understand how they don't respond to emails. At this point they have stolen from me since they kept their items and didn't refund my money or exchange them for the correct sizes.Initial Complaint

I received a sweatsuit from Comfort clothing on November 21, 2024. It did not fit so I filed a return on their website and used the label they sent me to send it back. I sent the items back the same day I received them with all original packing. They stated I would receive store credit. I never received any store credit from them. The only way to contact this business is by email. I emailed them on November 24, 2024 and it is now December 8, 2024 and they have never emailed back. I had a sweatshirt that was on pre-order from Order #******** which was placed on August 19 which was to be processed/shipped by October 23. I also had two sweatshirts and a pair of sweatpants that was on pre-order from Order #******** which was placed on August 27 which was to be processed/shipped by November 5. I have yet to receive any of my merchandise. I also requested an update on November 14th and have not received any response. According to their policy, I am outside of my window to request a return of the two items received and to request a refund of the items not received. I pre-ordered a sweatshirt from in August that was supposed to ship on November 5th. I never recieved confirmation or shipping information on my order. November 5th came and went, I reached out to them via TokTok and they stated the dont know when my item will ship, I asked for a refund they told me to pick another color, I said I wanted the color I ordered and they ignored me. They refuse to refund my money. After further research in ****** I realized I wasnt the only one. Comfrt continues to take pre orders and they are failing to deliver to hundreds of people around the country, they are ignoring peoples emails and not refunding peoples money. I purchased a sleep wear set from the company comfrt. My total was $37.80. I returned the sleep set back due to wrong size. My return was accepted and they offered me ***** gift card. I emailed the company and they claim the is a handling fee on returns. It is not mention in the *** Or the exchange and refund information link on their website.The company only reveals this after your purchase and refund/exchange process. I want to let the public be aware of their deceitful practices when they advertise. You will only get half of your money back, and in order to reorder you have to spend an additional funds to receive the item you originally ordered.
