    I got a loan through company and the company still haven't completed the work on my vehicle, I've lost well over 20 thousand from not being able to use my truck i just want my truck back working great

    Mr. ****** truck has a blown head gasket, which requires the engine to be disassembled and sent to be disassembled and the cylinder heads to be rebuilt at the machine shop. Once the cylinder heads are finished we will reassemble the engine. This process can take from 2 to 4 weeks. After that we will be able to drive his car and make any additional repairs that are needed and Mr ****** will be able to pick up his vehicle.  This process will ensure him the top quality we are committed to.

    I took my vehicle to this mechanics shop on 08/26/29 due to specific check engine codes, once there the mechanics stated they would need to do a full diagnostic on my vehicle as they couldn't just go by the paperwork I brought and that listed the specific codes. After the diagnostic was completed I was told the alternator needed to be replaced which baffled me because the codes listed on my paperwork didn't detail alternator issue as well as there had been no issues with car suggesting the problem was with the alternator, but was assured that was the issue. I okayed the repair, during which completed drained my car battery and had to be replaced as well. I picked up my vehicle on 08/29/24, the following day 08/30/24 the same warming lights appeared, i took to have the codes checked, and it was the same as what I took to the shop for on 08/26/24 the issue had not been corrected. I called to explain and was told to to bring it back by again. I was able to go back to the shop on 10/09/24, then the mechanic looked over the vehicle pur computer on it and stated it just needed to be reset from the repair. Again i left and the following day the same warming appeared with the same codes, was advised to bring in on 10/30/24, after checking again it then was determined the issue was a mapping sensor and that was the issue. When asked why wasn't that determined on 08/26/24, they all but said they try a process o elimination of what then may think it is before just repairing what I specifically brought into them stating the issue and would. Being assured this mapping sensor was the problem I okayed the repair. Repair completed on 10/31/24, the same warning light with same codes appeared 11/02/24. I have now paid twice for repairs that may have not been needed and the same issue has still not been corrected. There needs to be something worked out because its not in my opinion right to keep paying for a guess and not the fixing the issue.

    When the customer first came into the shop 8/26/2024 we found the alternator was not charger properly. It was outputting ***** volts which is below the 14.2 volt minimum to keep the vehicle running and charge the battery. The customer's extended warranty company paid $946.24 on a $1,113.94 total ticket. The customer returned to our shop 10/03/2024 with a check engine light on that we believed was due to the voltage problems in which we cleared the code and asked her to drive the vehicle and if it came back on to return and we would spend more time looking into the specific code. The customer returned a third time with the check engine light on 10/29/2024 then we looked into the problem and found the MAP sensor was faulty. The customer took her vehicle and turned 10/31/2024 when we received the replacement MAP sensor that we ordered from the dealership and the customer paid out of pocket $253.67. The customer reached back out to our shop 11/01/2024 stating the *** light was back on. I apologized profusely and asked her to bring the vehicle back in and we would take care of any problem there was that fell within her warranty on the services we already performed.

    On May 28, 2024 I had my vehicle towed to The Signature for evaluation of repairs due to vehicle not being able to start after the coolant system stopped working. According to the *** at The Signature my vehicle required engine replacement; even though the check engine light codes indicated something different. The shop referred my to Koalafi for financing of the engine repair cost. I contacted ******* and informed them that I wanted to return their leased Item (the engine) I contacted The Signature and asked for my old engine to be returned and was told they no longer have my engine. I informed the *** that according to ******* I could voluntarily return the engine and end my financial lease agreement and The Signature informed me they did not have my Old Engine. I informed the *** they should have it because I never received a reduction in the cost of the engine purchased and I did not authorize The Signature to dispose of my engine. I want my old engine back and I want to return the leased engine back to The Signature. I asked for my old engine and was told I paid for the engine when the company and they could not return my old engine. No reduction in price for my engine and the mileage on my vehicle did not change with The Signature replacing my engine; I was charged $6399.96 for parts and labor. The engine in my vehicle was repaired and not replaced, but I was charged as if it was replaced with a different engine.

    The claims that the engine was not replaced, but repaired. Please see the attached purchase order for ************************** replacement engine. On average we markup parts 50%.  ********************** informed us today that she wants to return her engine because her car was totaled in a accident and she no longer needs the engine, we will not return any engine because a car was totaled. She wants to get the money back from the insurance company for a running car and have her old not running engine put back in her car. Signature Auto Repair will not be involved with that. 

    ********************** stated that she wanted her bad motor back. Customer's must inform us that they want their engine back at the time of removal. We are charged a core and we return the engine's to get our core fee back. We do not charger the customer a core fee; therefore, there is no reason to refund the customer nor reduce their invoice if we do not give them the core. Please see the core fee on the invoice.

    ********************** stated the her miles were not changed when we installed the engine. Changing the odometer is a federal crime 49 U.S. Code ***** and should never be altered nor changed. Signature Auto Repair has never and will never change a customer's odometer.

    We cannot refund her engine. We cannot return the core. We cannot change her odometer.
