  They are not as honest as they portray themselves to be. They rigit so that you return for more repairs. I went in for them do fix an issue with my car and came out with more issues than I originally had. When I inquired about the problems, I was told that it was normal wear and tear, but I took my car for a second and third opinion and was informed that the problem should have been identified and addressed during the diagnostic tests. They just kept telling me to come back to them. After each visit, I would have problems with my car that I didnt have prior to. I did not return a third time because I felt that they were shady. I DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR PRACTICES and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

  I initially bought my vehicle here because of overheating so they diagnosed my car for several things but end up putting a water pump on the car and saying that I needed spark plugs and then once arriving after service which I paid ****** for spark plugs plus labor. Labor was ****** and plugs were *****. now then the car was still missing firing so the *** says I need coils now you changed spark plugs which they really was still ok per mechanic but then go to the back take off old coils from another car and put it in the car and says the coils was the issue. What why would you now say it's the coils and what to add more work for me to issue out more money today. No not done properly and not honest people. Not right.

  Do not take your vehicle here. I took my 2004 *** February 2022.They original issue was the check engine light was on and it was smoking from the engine. It took them 8 months after to say that they believe it needed an engine. After paying $5,500.00 the engine light was still on. I was giving this vehicle to my son as a gift for December ************************************************** his shop. My son passed away in May ********************************* his shop with different issues that they claimed they fixed. After picking up the car in March 2024, the engine light still turned on took it back for the issue. I needed to get the emission in June but the car would not pass. The owner kept saying that we have to drive it for 200 miles and then the engine light would turn off. Never happen so we took it back. The car kept having different issues. ******, their mechanic, *****. Does not fix cars, he is joke. After picking up the car in August 2024, we have an oil leak and AC not working, which they apparently fixed. Please, do not take your vehicle there. They do not know how to fix high end cars. I would not trust them. They are about money. They should have told me from the beginning that it was not worth fixing this vehicle. But instead, they lied and took my money and refuses to reimburse me. I even asked them to reimburse a portion since I was the idiot to trust them with my vehicle. I say again, ****** ***** as a mechanic, and the owner, *****, is untrustful, uncooperative and unresponsive.

  I regret taking my vehicle to this shop. A service was paid for, yet I had to return my vehicle back to this shop 3 times AFTER the work was done. I am still having the same issue I had which initially brought me into this business for service. Upon, taking it for a diagnostic at a completely different shop...it appears the part that was install on my car was not programmed to my vehicle. It was simply placed on. This has cost me a lot of time, money and stress.
