      This business is completely unprofessional and disorganized. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over 30 minutes just to get basic paperwork started. They wasted even more of my time running the car with no clear communication or explanation. The lack of respect for customers time and the overall inefficiency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This company needs to be investigated for how it operates.

      On Saturday, our children informed us that our vehicle had been towed from our driveway. We were unaware of any active repossession and believed the car had been stolen.Using GPS tracking from a device left in the vehicle, we located it approximately 10 miles away at a private residence: *********************************************. The car was parked unsecured and unattached to any tow truck. The resident, a tow operator from Connect 1 Recovery, stated the company was a third-party agent working for ************************* This was the first time we were made aware of a repossession.We were shocked and distressed that our vehicle was removed without notice and left at an unlicensed, unsecured location. Inside the car were essential belongings, including our childrens school bags, sports equipment, and prescription medications.We requested access to retrieve these items, but the operator claimed it was illegal. He offered to retrieve them if we gave him our keys and waited at a nearby store. Reluctantly, we complied, but he never returned. GPS showed the vehicle moving away at high speed. We followed the truck, contacted law enforcement, and tracked it to a storage yard (***************) where ******************* were present. Despite our report, the officers declared it a civil matter and did not intervene.This was not merely civilit involved theft by deception, breach of peace, and unlawful withholding of property. For four days, Connect 1 Recovery denied us access to our medications and our childrens belongings. Even on Monday, they refused to schedule a pickup. The vehicle was only released to us on Tuesday by our lienholder, yet the company still obstructed access.We believe Connect 1 Recovery acted negligently and unlawfully. Online reviews report similar misconduct. We respectfully request a full investigation into potential violations of Georgias consumer protection laws, repossession statutes, and any applicable criminal codes.

      Worst place to have your car towed to they damage my car the so call owner don't know who is responsible telling me to file a claim and to get their claim email from the receptionist when ask she telling me to call my finance company employer and employee don't know a gawd **** thing but a claim is going to get file.

      The system says the open at 8am its almost 10am I cant even leave a message it keeps saying call back during business hours. How are you not open when youre supposed to be! I see why you have an F rating you should be out of business!!!

      Horrible place, horrible experience, rude employees who vape in your face, no sympathy, thieves, took vehicle with my phone shoes wallet debit card ID etc. while I was inside at ***************. No ride home or way to contact anyone or card or ID or anything. Rudest people ever

      They have a "policy" regarding not receiving ammunition back from a firearm that's recovered from a towed vehicle. For whatever reason, they weren't able to provide this policy in writing. They are a fraudulent business and I'm glad my experience wasn't as bad as others claim. Officer ********* of Clayton County ********** badge #***** claimed they don't have to provide the policy, which lawfully doesn't seem accurate. The time to file a claim isn't worth it but if you're gonna uphold a made up policy, at least do it correctly. One round was chambered which is quiet dangerous considering how the firearm was handled. Do better and be honest.

      Will steal personal items out your car then try to cover it up. My AirPods was stolen even when tracking them to an address on that side of town. Many other customers were complaining about things missing from their vehicles. Nothing has been done about it. Your already a repo company why steal from the cars your repossessing?
