      2024 ****** tundra was repo without authorization, also they said a judge signed off on it. I never received any paperwork to go to court.

      On Dec 16, 2024, I walked out to find my 2013 Dodge Charger gone from the parking lot, after searching, I learned my soon to be ex husband had taken a title loan on my car and had no idea the payment was not being made. I paid the fee to have my vehicle returned and upon leaving the vehicle made a clucking noise. I immediately returned back and was told to contact the towing company, I called the company and was told I need to file a claim, so I called the claims department and was only allow to leave a voice message, It's now Dec 30th and still have not received a call from them. I took the vehicle to an auto shop for an estimate and diagnosed for the damage and was told when the vehicle was towed the lift the tow truck was using hit and damaged the tire rods. I'm not driving the vehicle because I dont want to cause more damage but I work 2 jobs, so either I'm paying for rideshare or paying someone to take and pick me up. I have been so stress over this issue because I'm on my own and can't be without my vehicle, I decided to pay out of pocket and just take them to small claims for reimbursement. If no one return my call and get this resolved.

      Our vehicle was repossessed and this company towed it. Repo took place on a Friday and we immediately took steps to get our vehicle back. We were told that there was a fee and we would not be able to even retrieve our belongings until the next Tuesday, with an appointment. Until the fee was paid, I was not even given an address or name of the company. Upon picking up our vehicle on that Tuesday, we found missing items and damage to the vehicle. We witnessed the Tow Truck drag our vehicle out of a parking lot with the front end still on the ground. Upon recovering our vehicle, the emergency brake light is stuck on. Additionally, the brakes are not working properly. The doors were locked upon towing. This company told me that a key had not been made. Yet, still they were able to access the interior of our vehicle. I believe a door was pried open because now the open door light is stuck on and will not go away. Our traction control light is also now on. Additionally, there is now a hole in the plastic covering of the gear shift panel and the locked glove compartment was forced open. None of these lights and damages were there prior to this company towing our vehicle. Belongings in the vehicle included a brand new sports jersey in the bag with a receipt. This is now gone. A wallet was in the car as well, and a $100 bill is now also gone. Word of advice to anyone else who has to deal with this company, do not trust a word that they say! Do NOT sign anything that they give you prior to inspecting your vehicle AND personal belongings that were in the vehicle. On the bright side, the check engine light is now off somehow.       My car was repossessed early on December 2nd to ****** Ga. I paid my finance company the balance I owed to get my car back. I made an appointment to pick up my car on December 3rd 2024 at 10:30 am. I waited 3 hours just for them to tell me my car was in theft mode due to them opening my car without the key. Now they are telling me I have to come out of pocket to tow my car to the dealership to get it out of Anti theft mode. This is unprofessional and they admitted to putting my car in antitheft mode. I dont understand why I have to to pay when number one Ive waited 3 hours past my appt time just to be told that.

      I have paid my money for my car after it has been repossessed. It is a dodge white charger 2021. I have been trying to schedule an appointment all day after the money has been collected for it. A lady on the phone named ***** who works with this company is very nasty acting and disrespectful. She claims she is the only one who works for this company and told me my car was at a chop shop, then she dont know where its at and then I can come in 2 weeks and get it and then she scheduled me an appointment for this upcoming Thursday 10/3/2024. I dont have a location, time, what is needed to be brought with me because she claims it is company policy to inform me of everything 30 minutes before my appointment. Well I dont know the time of the appointment so if I miss the appointment will I get my car? Information does not sound right. I had my mother call in three way the lady said she could give my mom the information then told my mother no the account holder must be on the phone. I spoke up and said yes I am on the phone then she said like I said I cant give you the information and called my mother a B*****, and hung up the phone. I need help from someone to get my car. I am convinced it is at a chop shop or out of state somewhere. I have all proof of money being paid.

      My vehicle was taken to this particular tow yard on 01/04/2024. In my vehicle I had many personal belongings still there including my Apple iPad and my Air ****** 3s. There were more things but those were the most valuable. My car had a tracker in it so it shows me the location of the vehicle. During transit from the cars location to the tow yard, it made a stop at a home location. When a vehicle is to be towed, there should be no stops especially to a residential location. The tracker shows that the vehicle was at that location for a while and that my vehicle doors and trunk was opened at that location. I have the alerts. After a few minutes, THEN it was taken to the tow yard. The following days, I went to the tow yard to retrieve my personal items and when I began to look at what they gave, I was missing plenty of things. But as stated above, the most valuable items were my Apple iPad and my Air ****** 3s. My iPads last shown location was in the vehicle on the night it was towed and then it was turned off. I explained to the company how I have plenty of proof that the items were indeed in the car and also that the vehicle made a complete stop at a residential location and opened my car doors. I spoke to police and it was told to me that, that shouldnt happen. The vehicle is to be taken directly to the given location. I went through their claims department but nobody is responding to me. They are telling me that it did not happen. I would also like to add that while I was there to retrieve my own personal property, there were 2 other customers who were before me making complaints that items were stolen from their vehicles. So prior to me, on the same day, there were other complaints. I have all the proof of my vehicle making another stop , the doors and trunk being opened. And also when I checked my items only the boxes were left. For example, the box that the iPad was in and the shoe box were left open in the vehicle but they were missing.

      my car was towed to the company and upon pick up they had stolen personal items i knew to be in the car. *** sportage 2023. they did not help me recover the stolen items and would not show pictures of my trunk.

      My fiances car was repossessed (Kia ********* white) and we left my sons ******** Switch in there prior due to it being a birthday surprise. It was nowhere to be found when we came to collect her personal items.The only thing we can do is file a claim but this has been a pattern with this company apparently.I am seeking reimbursement if the claim fails.
