    The maids were not supplied the entry information from their management, and missed both appointments. The one time they did come, The apartment was not cleaned well at all. The home smelt of animal, which I do not have. The only explanation is dirty equipment. Additionally, my laminate flooring was damaged after their visit.

    I reached out to Mr. ******** last week regarding his review.  He has since re-instated his services with us.  I've also attached a screenshot of his response.  So far he has scheduled 3 cleanings with us. One cleaning we could not get in due to the app he gave us to access to the place.  Two cleanings were completed.  After the first cleaning, he was satisfied.  However on the cleaning where we could not gain access, he said these negative comments

    Emaids cleaned our house twice. We spent over $590 with them. The cleaning itself was adequate but not stellar. However, the cleaners flushed toilet wands down two of our toilets which clogged them. They were never instructed to use our toilet wands at our house and were to use their own supplies. The repairs cost $900, but Emaids refuses responsibility and will not pay for the repairs. Additionally, they waited two months to respond to our claim at all. This violates the customer service garauntee on their own website.

    Some of these details are incorrect. We responded within 1 business days of being notified. The situation was rectified.  The client also never provided proof that an eMaids staff member did this damage.
