I am a working professional and I often don't have the time to get all my cleaning done well. I've been using eMaids for 2 years now. eMaids of Atlanta provides exceptional cleaning services with professionalism and attention to detail. Their team is punctual, thorough, and goes above and beyond to ensure every space is spotless. Whether it's regular cleanings or a deep clean, they consistently deliver high-quality results. Their customer service is top-notch, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. To schedule or reschedule, all I need to do is text them. I really recommend eMaids of Atlanta for anyone looking for reliable and efficient cleaning services

Appallingly poor management; recommend staying far away from this shoddy organization. Cleaner (singular) came for a specified "Deep Clean", and missed the basics of dusting light switches, wiping cabinets, and emptying trash. A single cleaner for 5 hours, charging $330.00 plus tip to miss the basic spots at eye level is unacceptable. When I contacted the company (******) to discuss the issues, the first response was that "we have different definitions of clean". After 3 minutes of excuses, she then offered to send someone out to finish the job. Comprehensively dissatisfied; half-assed cleaning, ineffective management, and wildly overpriced for the lack of quality.

We did our best to rectify this situation. The main issue here is that the person who booked this service and raved about our cleaning isn't the one who wrote the review. A family member booked a cleaning for someone else. We discussed what was needed. The family member who booked the cleaning was satisfied, called us and told us as much, and tipped the maid. Before the maid left, she did a walk-through with the family member who booked the cleaning. She was satisfied and said there was nothing else to do. The maid would have happily stayed to finish any areas. Once we were notified of the homeowner's dissatisfaction, we reached out and tried to make the situation right. We offered to send someone back to address the things that were missed. We often do not clean picture frames on walls because of the risk of them falling off, and that is a liability issue. As explained at the time of booking, for deep cleanings, we follow the customer's checklist. Each person will have a different definition of a "deep cleaning." For instance, in a deep cleaning I personally want inside my fridge cleaned. My neighbor booking a deep cleaning may not. For deep cleanings, we follow the customer's priority list. We offered to make this right with the home owner by sending someone back free of charge to addressed the areas he was not satisfied with. He declined this. We went above and beyond and even have his family member (who did the booking) rave about how great the cleaning was. I do think there was a miscommunication between expectations since the person who left this review isn't the one who did the booking, interacted with the maid and tipped her before she left.

Emaids cleaned our house twice. The cleaning itself was adequate but not stellar. However, the cleaners flushed toilet wands down two of our toilets which clogged them. They were never instructed to use our toilet wands. The repairs cost $900, but Emaids refuses responsibility and will not pay for the repairs. Additionally, they waited two months to respond to our claim at all. Would not use again.

This customer's review isn't accurate. We responded to your claim within 24 hours of receiving it. We explained the process thoroughly and informed that there would be an investigation as we have processes we need to follow. The wands that caused the damage were not provided by eMaids. These are products that we do not purchase and we do not use them in the homes we clean. There is no proof that our staff caused this damage. Additionally, there was a 3 week wait from the cleaning to when the damage was reported. Our policy is to report any concerns within 24 hours. Anyone in the home could have caused that damage during that time period. If someone else in the home used these products and caused the damages, eMaids is not responsible. If eMaids caused the damage, why wait three weeks to report it? Throughout the process, you also indicted you were disputing another charge on your card unrelated to us. Based on your bank's review, your bank ruled against you in the dispute likely because the dispute was falsified. We will do our best to resolve this in a manner that is amicable to us all if you are open to that. However, the evidence you submitted does not show any proof that an eMaids staff member used this product which resulted in the damage.
