    I definitely agree with everyone's review. I was charged a fee for downtime. I have a call log showing when the office called me "after" the driver arrived and camera footage of the container being dropped in my driveway. It happened in less than ****************************************************************************************************** know to move my car. I provided this information to the billing department. The lady in the billing department still will not refund my account. If the driver is operating the vehicle, then there is no downtime, the driver is working, right? She claims he had to wait 22 minutes for me to move my car. As soon as I got the call at 6ish in the morning, I jumped up to moved it right away. I provided the camera footage of the driver walking up my driveway at 6:29 am, the office calling me at 6:31 am, and the camera footage of him dropping the container at 6:43 am. On top of that, there is no way to communicate with the billing department or the manager over the phone. Everything is through email. I emailed the manager and no one has responded. This is bad business. We should be able to submit zero stars. Take precaution when dealing with this company. They are swindlers.

    I'm sick and tired of the random fees this company charges on the back end of a dumpster rental. It doesn't mater how much or how little is in the dumpster when it's picked up, they will always bill you an additional fee and claim that the dumpster had additional tonage/weight in it. The most recent 10 yard dumpster I rented from them had a small loveseat (thank you to someone in the neighborhood for illegally dumping) and boxes from appliance delivery and they charged me an additional $75. The dumpster was barely half way full!!! The last 3 or 4 rentals from them have come with additional $60-$75 charges when the rental period ends. They need to work on their pricing model and charge a higher amount up front instead of hitting their customers with fees on the back end. It's frustrating when you're trying to manage a project on a tight budget.
