  Bardi is always great. We have used them for the past year on three different occasions and all have been great. ***** was the latest tech that came out today 6-8-23. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He even knew our file because he knew when they came out prior and what the reason was. That is a plus in my book. Nice job ***** Thanks Bardi for keeping us up and running.

  I was very please with the completion done on the new replacement and Install job that was done on my garbage disposal. Awesome! I respect honesty that is always provided by **** as an employee with Bardi company. I would recommend to many customers with any plumbing issues that he is the one. Kudos go to a super professional individual. ******************

  This is a follow up to my review posted earlier this year. I did business with Bardi until they harassed me constantly with text, email, and phone messages wanting me to schedule services. They continued the bombardment even after I scheduled a spring A/C checkup and begged them repeatedly not to contact me further. Bardi became such a nuisance I cancelled the checkup and told them several times over the phone and by text that I would no longer do business with them on any level. In the last few weeks however I have received text and email messages claiming "There is a pending balance of $176on your account for the friends of Bardi membership. To keep in good standing, please pay by the end of day, 6/1/2023, to avoid service interruption. Please call x** xxxxx ** or make an online payment at your earliest convenience." I owe this company nothing and have again informed them that I will never do business with such an inconsiderate and obnoxious firm. They continue to ******* me with this notice.

  I've had a terrible experience with this place. I've spent over $20K (my other review is on ******** and I still have water pressure issues. They came out to tell me that because I have high-end faucets that could be causing the problem and that a water softener and filtration system they recommended could be the problem. Then, they provided a $4500 estimate for a second tankless hot water heater to boost the pressure. Short version: they repiped the entire house and installed a tankless system, water softener, and filtration system. Now they want more $$ to correct the system and products they sold me already. They aren't even one year old yet! To make it worse, I've followed-up many times, and ***** (a manager) said he had forwarded it to "upper management" and they would contact me. It's been several weeks, and nothing. For the amount of money I've spent, I think they should come to correct the problems they created. The water pressure in the house was great with the old pipes. They keep ignoring me, thinking I will go away. That's terrible business ethics. Other potential customers must be informed before investing this kind of money with Bardi.

  ******* is an outstanding , professional A/C technician. His service was analytical and thorough.He checked every part of the system and corrected all deficiencies. He has extensive knowledge of how *********** should work. There were no more issues to be corrected after completion of his service, I would strongly suggest anyone needing A/C service to be lucky to have ******* as their representative.
