      The epitome of a ************ managed by ****** ******** who won't respond to efforts to resolve serious issues with his company. This company will sell you garbage as "new", waste your time having you schedule specific dates/times to retrieve your purchases only to not be able to locate your purchases, sell peoples recycled and used returns as "open box", and then put 100% of the onus on the customer to ensure they haven't been scammed. Don't waste your time or money with Deal Badger.

      I have purchased so many items from this place. They descriptions and pictures are not always correct. I paid about $50 for a cart. When I got home, I opened the box. Only the sides of the cart was there. I bidded on a pallet of air mattress, all of them was no good. Somethings you need to check before you leave. When the description say new don't bank on it, open all boxes. I won a air fryer that turned on but didn't work. I've had to throw away so many items.

      I used to love this place, however, as of late, they seem to be doing things unethically. I started coming here shortly after they opened, they have begun to give inaccurate descriptions and photos. They dont appear to be taking actual photos of the product anymore. I've seen a lot of box photos and factory photos pulled offline, but when it comes to what is actually in the box, I feel like they are duping people. I picked up product for a family member recently, the description was clearly wrong and the check out attendant wanted to banter about why I could have been misled, instead of admitting they were wrong. I dont want to be haggled by a used car salesman to make me believe I wasnt wronged. They want you to inspect your items before you leave, but when my item wasnt what they said- you argue? You cant treat your customers that way, especially the ones who have been with you for so long. Do better...
