    Signed up as better solution, However was mislead/misrepresented during the sign up process on the services provided. This was suppose to be a viable solution that would take over services from *********. However, only to find out the main service I needed (termites) was not covered in the fine print and never stated during the sign up process. Current I now have two pest services since they refused to cancel the contract without a $300 cancellation fee and paid a second sign up process for *********. I'm now taking this one on the chin and paying for two services to complete the contact and my insurance obligations. However I hope no one else uses this service as a comprehensive solution for GA pests. A painful ****** which I will never make again and I hope no one else had to experience paying for two services to get one problem solved.

    I am filing this complaint regarding overly aggressive and inappropriate solicitation practices by Mira Home, LLC. Despite clearly displayed No Soliciting signs at our residence, a representative from this company rang our doorbell multiple times and knocked repeatedly between approximately 6:00 and 7:30 p.m. on May 2, 2025. After we asked the individual to leave, he attempted to return a short time later and continued to attempt contact but our kind neighbor advised him not to do so as we were putting our baby and toddler to bed. This behavior was both disruptive and intrusive, especially considering our explicit signage and request to be left alone.I have since contacted Mira Home, LLC and left a voicemail addressing the situation. Upon further investigation, I noticed multiple similar complaints from other homeowners on ****** reviews, suggesting that this is a pattern of behavior the company has not taken steps to correct.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and urge Mira Home, LLC to train its sales team to respect posted signs and homeowner requests, and to cease any further harassment-style solicitation.
