      Me and my 12 year old son went to the Waffle House on October 3, 2022 at 5:30. The waitress got very upset because I asked her to wipe down the table because it was sticky on my side. Their were two sets of elderly couples that was their eating. I asked for the manager who wasnt their at the time. So I told the cook to come here and I was talking to him and the waitress started cursing, talking very loud, told me I look ghetto, told me to feed my son, told me I need to go somewhere else to eat and some more. The cook couldnt handle her because he looked scared. She wouldnt listen to him at all. She was very unprofessional, using profanity very loud and told me I dont give a dam about you making a complaint and told me to call corporate office. She said they want do a mf thing about it. The cook told her to take my order and she said no let her go somewhere else. He asked me what did I want to eat *** I told him I was leaving cause I couldnt deal with that 19 yr old month. I even ask for the manager number and he gave it to me. I called her while I was their and she couldnt hear me because of the waitress mouth in the background. She told me that she was on vacation and to tell the cook to give me the manager number ** was taking her place. He was so scary he was giving me the wrong number and I said can i see your phone so I can get the correct number and he said yes. I got the number and called the manager on duty he said he wouldnt be their until tomorrow morning and he would speak with the district manager concerning this problem. I did what he told me to do and the manager never called me back. I will be writing a letter to the headquarters in ******** ** ASAP. The waitress needs to be fired for all the profanity that she used, racial slurs, bad attitude, unruly behavior inappropriate language and behavior. I am going to push the issues with this until she no longer have a job. This 19 year old had on a pink wig and doesnt need to work in a public place.

      Our records indicate this customer originally entered comments via our online contact form on October 3, 2022 at 6:53 pm EST, however they selected an incorrect location. We show the customer completed our online form again on October 4, 2022 at 7:53 pm EST, this time selecting the correct location visited. The notes on her second set of comments indicate the Division Manager contacted her by 9:49 am on October 5th, apologized for recent visit and is obtaining written statements from all Associates working the evening of her visit as part of his full investigation.

      As of today nobody never called me back about what happened after they investigated the complaint. I sent a certified letter to they head office concerning the same thing and nobody have reached out either. Its really sad how the Waffle House Handle Complaints

      This Review is for the Waffle House at ************************************************** . The employee by the name of **** needs to be fired ASAP!! He is the most vile, disrespectful and **** person I have met in a while and customers should not be subjected to nasty behaviors like those when spending their money , especially if its not warranted . There should be NO REASON why anyone should be treated in such manner . I am so upset because this is unacceptable and a superior needs to address this employee ASAP.I was so humiliated today , I cancelled my order because I would not be able to sleep knowing my money supports someone like this paycheck!I am appalled by his behavior and I am sure I can not be the only one who has had this experience , this person obviously don't like their job as is taking it out on the public .I need a superior to address this person ASAP.Thanks so much for your time and consideration with this matter , as I look forward to hearing from someone soon.       We are in receipt of comments entered by this customer via our website Contact Form on 9/19/22 at 9:53 pm. Our records indicate the Division Manager attempted to contact the customer via the phone number they provided on the form at 2:07 pm on 9/20/22. Unfortunately, his notes indicate the phone number provided rings to a store, not to the customer. Therefore, he is unable to make contact with her to discuss her recent visit and address her concerns as she requested.

      My *********** were refused service at the Waffle House at ***************************************************** : Store Code # *** on 9/18/22. We were not given an explanation but sat there & watched while white customers arrived later & were served. We left. We called the news media the next day & were told that others have reported the same behavior of being refused service without explanation. We called corporate the next day & the call was transferred to voicemail & then they just stopped answering when we tried to call back.

      They have roaches crawling on the counter. So disgusting. I did not like the fact they was crawling on the counter where i was waiting on my food. They need to spay for bug pronto. Shut it down and bomb the place. You know if the bugs is crawling on the counter. There in your grits . Do something about it. Call ***** please . Make them clean up there act there serving food.

      Doesnt even deserve 1 star!!! This Waffle House is awful as far as customer service. I went in there with a group of 4 on the weekend after being on Broadway. It was around 11pm-midnight. Wanted to eat and have coffee. They had half the place marked off. They were mostly taking orders and some people were being seated but mostly only at bar. I needed to use restroom. I saw restroom sign in side of restaurant where table seating was blocked off. A man (customer was exiting mens restroom) so I went to ladies. I was seated after covering toilet seat and midstream when someone knocked on door. I responded yelling occupied. Ill be right out. Next thing I know, the door was unlocked and opened by an African American female that was an employee there. She had a knife in her hand. She had used that to open door I was later told by the rest of my party. She came and told me I wasnt supposed to use the bathroom. I was in a panic and covering myself. I apologized and told her I saw another customer coming out of restroom so I thought it was okay. She said no we have it all blocked off because we dont want anyone using it. Obviously when I came out, we left and never returned to this po-dunk restaurant again. This place needs to be reviewed and the employees should be reprimanded for the way they treat customers. I understand everywhere is h fees tagged but if you dont like your job dont work there.

      Unfortunately, we have no record of this guest contacting us via our online Contact Form, therefore affording us an opportunity to investigate and address their concerns prior to them contacting the BBB.We would like to have the appropriate person follow up with them. However, in order for that to happen, we need the guest to complete the Contact Form on our website, making sure to select the specific location they visited, include the date and time of visit, details of their concerns, and a phone number where the customer can be reached. Once this has been done, an official report will be transmitted to the appropriate parties for review and follow up with guest per our policies and procedures for handling customer concerns.We apologize the guest chose not to contact us originally to make us aware of their concerns, but look forward to them doing so in the near future so their visit can be adequately investigated.

      ***** is a waitress and is a rude nightmare. This person is older than my mother, yet acts like a 2 year old. ***** was rude to myself, my mother, and my 6 year old daughter TWICE now. ***** is a lazy smart mouth jerk. Unfortunately, someone will show her what she needs to know one day.

      Hello, Im reaching out because of the poor customer service that I received from your waffle house yesterday august 3rd 2022, at 8:50pm est, location: ******************************************************************************. I went in to place a order, the doors were unlocked it was 2 workers inside a heavyset black male on the grill scrambling eggs and a blonde hair Caucasian female just sitting. When I got in the lady told me I had to wait 20 mins to place a order bc they were waiting on 3rd shift, I then said so you cant take my order and he make my food until 3rd shift arrives the young lady tells me No I then say so you all cant take my order and Im paying but he can scramble some eggs, the grill is still hot and you are just sitting here. The lady tells me No again. I leave and ride up the street on that same road to the other Waffle House, they were changing shifts as well but were still taking orders. I asked them do they stop taking orders due to shift change they laugh and told me no. They apologized for the other waffle house lack of service but I advised they did their job so no need to apologize for the other waffle house. I find it very rude and horrible customer service to tell me you cant service me and Im paying but I see someone scrambling them some eggs while Im talking. I will not be giving that waffle house anymore business and just wanted to bring it to your attention on how your business is being ran **** poorThank you so much for letting me share my concern about your business.

      We are in receipt of the comments this guest entered via our website Contact Form on 8/4/22 at 2:40 pm. Our records indicate she was contacted by the division manager of the location within 45 minutes. His notes indicate he was able to adequately address her concerns and requested she provide a mailing address so he could send her a voucher for use on a future visit. Unfortunately, as of 8/8/22 at 8:29 am, we have no record of the guest providing a mailing address.

      Very rude customer service at one on hwy 411 in **** **. Cienna was our waitress and very rude so we asked for another waitress was told that's her station so we said either give us another waitress or we leaving the other waitress said well just leave then. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way. If you in customer service at least be nice or pretend to be nice don't be rude and throw food on table and then say excuse me. This place is a joke. I'll never eat there ever again.
