      DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOJNG HERE OR MAKING A RESERVATION. MY NEPHEW IS GETTING READY TO GO TO COLLEGE AND WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM *************************. WE RESERVED A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS. WE GOT TO ******** AROUND 1 AM AND VERY TIRED ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THAT GOT THE RESERVATION BUT THEY HAVE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. WHEN I ASKED WHAT IS THE RESERVATION FOR SHE TOLD ME SHE DOESNT KNOW. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER SHE SAID THEY DONT HAVE CORPORATE NUMBER ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT SHE SAID THEIRS NO CONTACT NIMBER I CAN HAVE FOR ANY COMPLAINTS OR ANYTHING. SO I ASKED IF SHE OWNED IT AS THEIR IS NO ONE I CAN CONTACT TO RECEIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THE **** SHE LIED JUST SHOWS WHAT TYPE OF PERSON SHE IS AND A REPRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY. JUST SAD AND I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW THAT PLAN ON COMING TO COLLEGE WITH MY NEPHEW TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS WELL AS ANYONE LOOKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS IN ********

      Purchased several items and most were very nice and as described over the past year. I thought coins were priced relatively affordable. I bought a **** Washington quarter and a **** *** ******** both in raw form UNC so they say. Now I understand why their prices are so good. I thought both had been cleaned and I sent in the Washington cause it was questionable, but NGC agreed cleaned. The *** was obviously cleaned so I didn't need both coming back cleaned. They ask me for a review and when I stated that were indeed cleaned. I now get no emails which is fine and they removed all of my orders. AVC always talks about their competition being higher that's cause they disclose cleaned coins as does Apmex. If you are going to buy from a tv coin channel I recommend **************. I have bought several from TCV and always perfect.

      Terrible ***************** Bid and won on a *********************************** giclee on July 15, 2022, and AVC sent me an inaccurate Letter of Authenticity (LOA). I sent an email to AVC pointing out the error (with attached pictures) on July 29, 2022, and asked for a corrected LOA, and I heard nothing. I resent an email to AVC on August 12, 2022, asking if they were going to send a corrected LOA and have still heard nothing from them. This has not been my first issue dealing with AVC's ***************** They are not very professional and slow to respond. If AVC wants to improve, start with *****************
