    I paid ************************* ******** dollars to rebuild my transmission * I was given a 1 year or 10 thousand mile warranty * 6 weeks after receiving my truck the transmission started doing the exact same thing which is my truck wouldnt shift to the 4th gear * I returned my truck to ******* and told him the transmission is doing the exact same thing * Its not shifting into 4th gear * He kept putting me off week after week * He finally told me that he has repaired the transmission , but he cant get my truck to start ? I had my truck towed to another mechanic shop to find out why it would not start * The new mechanic shop told me with in a hour , that there was a groud wire disconnected and thats why the truck wouldnt start * They also did a check and told me that the transmission has not been repaired * They said that my truck still needs a transmission * I towed my truck back to Carlton *************************** Transmission) and gave him the receipt from the new shop stating that there was a groud wire disconnected and that why it wouldnt start and my truck still needs a transmisson * It has now been 3 months that I have been waiting and ******* has not fixed my truck and he refuses to return my money * His wife told me that he needs to just return my money * In my opinion ******* is incompetent unprofessional and basically a Con man * I use my truck for work and I have been out of work for 4 months waiting on him to repair my truck * I have contacted a lawyer and I am about to file a law suit * The lawyer told me to 1st file this complaint with the better bussiness bureau * ******* makes up excuses like my truck rims are big or my truck has electrical problems * The other shop said my truck doesnt have electrical problems * There was a groud wire disconnected and that the problem is still that my truck needs a transmission *
