      I went to the sale in ******** and talked to *** and dia,. They were very nice and showed me all the different options. I chose the steak package and got the ribeyes for free. Everyone check them out

      On July 20, 2023 I went to the truck sale in ***** ** at the furniture store parking lot. I was having company from ******** and decided to serve steaks for dinner on Aug 20. I wanted NY straps, but that day (day 2 11 a.m.) they were out of strip steaks much to my dismay. Next best and only thing available in a single box was ribeyes so I got a box. The man from ** and ***** showed me the steaks which looked ok. A little fatty but I bought them anyways. Big mistake! On Aug 20th I thawed what I thought was ribeyes only to find that I purchased ribeye rolled steak..I explained to the man I was raised on a beef cattle farm in my younger days and these better be good. Instead of 10 ribeyes, I got 3 each of 10 steaks = 30 pieces of what I call ****** cheese steak meat for subs. The funniest part was the directions: grill to 145 how in the world would you get a temp reading on a piece of meat 1/8" thick. When it sounds too good to be true IT IS!!! Will never buy from a truckload meat sale EVER again. Poor quality and disappointing. Needless to say my steak dinner was an embarrassment. ****** learned.

      Noticed a meat truck parked outside ****************************** so decided to check it out the meat looked awesome and a guy named ***** hooked us up an took very good care of us. My family an I went home an cooked up a variety of steaks an they were by far some of the best steaks I have ever tried! They deserve every bit of a 5 star rating!

      ***** and ***** are some of the best people we've ever dealt with in the meat industry. We buy from them every time they come to ********* and they always give us Prime steaks at a great deal. We fill our freezers up for the whole year with them. Wonderful company. ****************** from an all ***************** Everyone should check them out.
