      Ordered Special 12 12oz ribeye steaks 18 5 oz premium steak burgers, $ ****** Ribeye steaks are various sizes, taste is acceptable. I have no idea what they sent me, but it was NOT 5 oz premium steak burgers. pulled out 3 to defrost, within 10 minutes I picked one up and it fell apart into pieces. Grilled it on *************************** grille, my sis ****** and me took some into our mouths .. it was the most disgusting 'thing' ever, chewy like a huge wad of bubble gum, we both spit it out into sink. These burgers are NOT burgers, they were 5.25 in diameter, round, thickness was 1/8 of an inch, weigh 3.0 oz. . Contacted Prime House TWICE, zero response, now I want 100% refund,

      I emailed them to ask where I could return the steaks I purchased because we got sick off of them. They smelled off. They did not contact me back.
