My elderly mother was sent a book and billed for something she claims she didnt order. How can this company have a score of A+ with so many complaints. Ive noticed they prey on the elderly. I will not pay postage to send this book back and she will not be paying for something she didnt order.

FC&A mails health and consumer book advertisements to homes with a Free No-Risk Preview Certificate inside which is pre-printed with the name and address. The offer allows the customer to preview the product for 21 days without any obligation to purchase the product unless they want to. The offer is for 4 equal payments plus shipping and applicable State Sales Tax. It states, "Just **** cancel on the bill, return the product, and owe nothing if you're not 100% pleased. The free gift booklet is yours to keep."We do, however, realize that misunderstandings happen or sometimes people change their minds. We don't want you to ever take a product that doesn't thrill you. That is why we stand behind all our products with a 100% money-back guarantee.In your mother's case, we did receive the Free No-Risk Preview Certificate in the mail from her for one of our computer books, New ******************** for Seniors. This is why we sent it to her. Our records indicate that you did successfully call in to our *************************** on 11/10/23. The bill for the book was canceled and your mother has been removed from our mailing list. No payment is ever due from a customer who is not completely satisfied. This is how we have done business for over 50 years. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make things right. Thank you.
