  I Currently Have A Loan From A Car I Purchased From US Express Auto, Which I Dont Regret Getting The Car, But The Way Im Getting Treated ************** Is A Rip OffSo Ive Been Paying The Loan Off/ Paying For ************************ and Getting the car repaired, So the repoed my car for no registration which Im getting the car repaired to pass the emissions I currently paying a loan to a car that Im not even driving cause of maintenance issuesSo they basically threaten me and said I cant have my car back unless I pay off the full 4K amount, which is very unreasonable..Im not behind on any payments and for them to take my car for registration is very traumatizing, and even it was in the shop would they have took it from the shop as well ?

  Vehicle purchased Wednesday 8/24/22 - the next day the check engine light came on and there is proof of fraudulent emissions inspection. Emissions test fraud! They manipulated the vehicle to pass smog, knowing that after driving a certain numbers of miles the check engine light would come back on and fail emissions tests. After further investigation when the truck stopped running 2 weeks later, multiple parts were not even connected that wouldve automatically caused the vehicle to fail emissions inspection. The vehicle was sold as is and less than 30 days after purchase they will not take any responsibility. I will be filing emissions fraud with the Georgia clean Air Force but be warned they will commit fraudulent emissions tests. **** was asked about the issues, but stated it just passed emissions 3 days ago, then once delivered the vehicle check engine light came on the next day. When asked they to take the vehicle back they stated it was sold as-is so why are we still talking - ***** the manager

  All our used vehicles are sold "AS IS" with no buyer warranty.  The customer did sign acknowledging they are aware of the AS IS policy also waiving the right to 3rd party inspection prior to purchase.  We always allow are customers to perform their own due dilligence prior to any purchase.  We do not in any way shape or form manipulate emissions.  All emissions are performed by a 3rd party.  Attached are the passing emissions reports.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  it is impossible for a vehicle to pass emissions with the part pictured not even being plugged in.  The vehicle threw codes for bad o2 sensor and more within 10 miles of receiving the vehicle.  Research of the vehicle and online show known ways that the vehicle can be manipulated to temporarily pass emissions and that the device being unplugged would cause the vehicle to automatically fail.  Therefore there is no way this truck was not tampered with the temporarily pass emissions.
