  I can't even give this business a star. They deserve nothing. This so called business is extremely shady and should NOT BE TRUSTED. Do not give these ppl a dime of your money. They are crooks. They repossessed my daughter's car when the payments and insurance was in place. It was a false repossession. And should have not been taken. I refused to pay money to get the car back. I refuse to continue doing business with these ppl. The tow company they use stole expensive items out of my daughter's car. Cash money, expensive sunglasses, Ipad pro. This is shady shady 1folks and bad business dealing.

  This place is unethical and very predatory on people who are just trying to choose a car buying option that works for them financially. They prey on people and hide behind a contract. Then Ms. ****** the manager has 0 interpersonal or managerial skills. Has no idea how to de-escalate and frankly seems like she hates her job. People are going through real life situations and as a business professional you would expect the slightest bit of couth, class, and compassion but there was 0. All the smartass comments cant deflect from the horrible business practices.Oh by the way I read the contract book and there were a few things said and required of us that werent in there so shes manipulative AND a liar. and they breached their end of the contract by unlawfully entering a gated community on VIDEO. Everything worked out in our favor because of Gods *****. But I seriously pray for ms. ****** and her imaginary supervisor that she blames for her own ignorance.Also they will lie and tell you, you have a 10 day ***** period and will still come and pick up your vehicle. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYWAY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD????????

  BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Please be cautious before doing business with this company!My friend had a distressing experience that I feel compelled to share as a warning. The company's handling of the situation was highly disappointing and ***************** friend encountered numerous challenges in trying to retrieve his $1,750 deposit back after a deal fell through due to an outdated ******* fraud alert. Despite him trying to explain the situation the company swiftly repossessed the car and retained his personal belongings.The owners' behavior, particularly their avoidance of responsibility and communication hurdles (pretending to not speak fluent English), further added to the negative experience. It is disappointing that even after numerous attempts to address the situation with the appointed representative (******) the owners remained elusive and unaccountable. It took multiple one-star reviews, several in-person visits, and even involving the police before my friend was able to get his deposit back.Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the *** tracker in the vehicle is concerning. Additionally, the company's policy of only offering weekly payments seems designed to exploit any missed payments to repossess vehicles promptly. They are unwilling to work with you in any situation.Given these concerning experiences, I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as their practices appear to prioritize exploitation over customer service. It is essential to exercise caution and consider alternative options to avoid potential scams.

  This is by far the worst experience I have ever had... I drove over 2 hours in traffic to get to this dealership because I saw a great vehicle (2013 ***** Avalanche, Black) that I have searching for for several months... When I looked at the CARFAX it stated NO ACCIDENTS/NO DAMAGE/LOW MILES for the year truck. I notified the dealership that I would be coming to look at it, but all they wanted to know is "how did I plan to pay for it and if I needed financing"... I'm like let me come and look at it first. When I arrived the salesman I've been dealing with on the phone acted like he had no clue what I was talking about... He asked other salesmen if they knew what the vehicle was at and everyone said "I don't know"... Totally clueless. When we found the truck it was berried among all other cars and from a distance I saw damage over the driver side rear wheel starting from the bottom of the wheel to the rear... the whole quarter panel was damage... but yet it was waxed and polished... So from the pictures on line it looked like no damage. So I told the salesman that they completely waisted my time and gas (driving over 2 hours to get there)... So I explain my displeasure to the salesman and told him to pass that on to the manager. He said okay have a good day, but did not show any remorse. He just went about his day... When I got in my car and started to drive off I paused and said let me go talk to the Manger... When I went back in I asked if he passed my disappointment on to the Manger and he said "well I haven't seen him yet" so I asked to speak with the Manager... After 10 mins the manager arrived and acted like he had a chip on his shoulder... What can I do for you... I explained my position and the Manager tried to put the blame on me, stating "Well didn't you look at the pictures online... everything is out there!" I was flabbergasted. He said "People don't report everything to CARFAX! It's their duty to be transparent and they are not! ***** dealership ever!

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! Dont waste your time or money with this crooked establishment. We NEVER missed nor were late for a payment on our Jeep Wrangler for over 3 years. We werent driving it due to the Atlanta heat, and decided to shop around for insurance since its a weekend vehicle. We also were out of town, and let the registration lapse. We didnt think anything about it since we werent driving it. Well, the day after our insurance coverage ended, I was contacted by ***** who left a message saying there was a change in their payment automation, and to call them back when I had a chance. Again, we were out of town, and it didnt seem urgent, so I was going to contact them when we got back in town. 1 week later, with no notice or explanation, my Jeep was towed and I received an email stating that my Jeep had entered into collections, and if we didnt pay off the entire balance remaining on the Jeep, it would be sold at a private auction. I made 234 on-time payments to have them waiting for a mistake to be made, so they could repossess MY vehicle, and profit off of it. We payed the balance for the Jeep AND the $450 tow fee for a 13 mile tow. These people are scam artists that have created a loop hole. Reading reviews from BBB, this is what they do to people. They are rude, nasty people that take advantage of others misfortunes for their financial gain. As a business owner myself, I am appalled at the owners who dont speak with customers, and I hope their fraudulent scheme collapses on them.

  SCAM! I am not happy but relieved to see the reviews on this company!!! I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on 3-10-34 they repossessed it on 5-24-24 for a $330 payment I put $4k down initially and paid $685 a month. Was 2 weeks behind for $165 each. Heres the worst part. The vehicle was priced at $17,995 online but $6k more when it was time to purchase due to the quality of vehicle 2 days later it rains and the car floods. I contact the dealer and basically get nothing THEN two months later is when they repossessed the car. I feel 100% SCAMMED! Do not purchase from this dealership!

  This company uses deceptive and unfair business tactics. They unlawfully and illegally repossess vehicles. ****** provide a record of charges and are extremely unprofessional and rude. The contracts they have you sign are very fraudulent and I recommended legal action as my story has a great case.

  Zero stars This is a scam and they should be sued they make money off of repossessions and reselling the same cars. I will be reporting them and will not stop until they are fully investigated. They are preying on vulnerable people who are struggling to get their lives together and it is unethical and disgusting!

  These people are horrible they absolutely dont give a flip about their customers!!!! They are Rude as H*** They repo our vehicle and when we came to pick it up the back window was busted out and they shrugged their shoulders like we didnt do it what do you want us to do about it. When they picked it up there was no damage. It doesnt make any since the way these people operate. Soooo nice when you are purchasing but be late a day you are going to get the nasty!!!

  I would not recommend this place to no one I got a car from them in march was told I had got approved through a bank .. but come to find out not one my payments have been reported on my credit I have called repeatedly to get my car statement on this car and everyone refuses to give it to me I was blocked by one of their employees when I asked for it recently its like this place is not professional with anything.. I went to try and trade the car in with a different dealership and they dont even like how their work ethic is.. you dont greet people on the phone .. its a lot of times I get told I dont know to some of my questions and its like they get me mixed up with someone else payments because every time I call they are reading someone elses paperwork.. this place is very unprofessional.. not put together and also rude like I said I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
